For mambazha pulissery we won't remove the skin of that particular type mango..that skin also smells too.In Kerala sadhya we serve this curry with olan..If maambazham is not available we can make this with yetthan pazham(nethrapazham) and pineapple, which is available in all seasons...and it can also be made with Kerala cucumber, white pumpkin or vellai pooshanikkai, and raw papaya. We won't add rice powder.
Wonderful dish and very very delicious. Prepared it and came out very well. For a change and not being in India, used frozen mango pieces, Natural yogurt, Grated coconut readymade and seasoning.. Was a perfect dish with rice. Enjoyed it 😀🙏 !!
