    One of the best parts of technology is that I can tap into this channel no matter the time of day, no matter where I am in the world, and most importantly I can tap in when I need to calm myself. Thank you for this channel 🙏🏾

    I’m an athlete and have used this before multiple of my meets at this point and it’s honestly amazing. The team might make fun of me but it seriously helps me calm down a lot as an anxious person ❤

    I suffer from depression and anxiety and quieting the mind and becoming present is very difficult for me. I had a little trouble staying focused but the potential of this guided meditation is very apparent. The clear instructions and voice of the person in the recording made it easy to follow and plan on adding this meditation to my watch list from this day forward. Can’t wait to see what else I can use from your channel.Thank you!❤

    Great meditation this morning. I needed to re-center. Life keeps spiraling. Re-centering is a blessing. A much needed escape from daily stress. It's kinda sad that meditation is short and temporary. Every little bit helps. 🥰🧡💜

      Have you ever tried cold water therapy and different breathing techniques? Try the wim hof method. Life changing.

    Seriously a great meditation. I don’t know who said this but someone said that your purpose as a body and mind is to find peace within and disturbance from external factors. That was one of the deepest senses of peace and just beint I have experienced. Thank you for helping me achieve that

    Your vouce is so smooth and gentle, that it helps a lot to get in the right state of being. Sometimes, thoughts are so overwhelming that they keep taking control of the intention to meditate.

    This is great morning after all. Well I was awoke by our apartment complex full of construction. I think they are redoing the roof. God helped me to remain positive. So after getting me together. I prayed! Then completed a comment and from there completed a mindfulness. I notice when I don't have any expectations of my day. I can become calm and staying in the presence. During my meditation I cried 😢,focused, a couple of things came up I acknowledged it then let it go. I felt a since of peace.

    I am trying to learn to meditate but have found it so hard to quiet my mind.....this was the first time if only for a few minuets i was able to just clear my mind for a while without any nagging thoughts. The easy to follow direction, the music in the background, the voice over.....felt so relaxed.
