  • This is an Original 10 minute guided meditation recorded by us. Letting go is not always easy, but it is an act of liberation. It is about releasing the weight of the past, the worries of tomorrow, and the burdens that weigh upon your heart. It is about allowing yourself to be present in this very moment, embracing the possibilities that lie ahead. We encourage you to free yourself from the shackles of regrets, doubts, and fears. Let go of the things that no longer serve you, the negative thoughts that hold you back, and the attachments that hinder your growth. Allow yourself to breathe deeply, inhaling the limitless potential of the day. In this process of letting go, may you find peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. May you discover the strength to forgive, both yourself and others, and experience the healing power of acceptance. Embrace the beauty of impermanence and the ever-changing nature of life.

    🧿Namo Buddhaya 🙏 🌸. I imagined an invisible suitcase just as these invisible yet 🧿formidable forces that kept holding me back. I put in everything that I wanted to let go of. Cleansing myself a bit more, I locked it all into it and threw it in a fast flowing river. At the end I thanked it, as for now it's gone. I now have a beautiful yellow-whitish floral suitcase in my other hand. The rain purified me. It has all my books, my pastel colour clothes and my chamomile tea. 🧿🧿I'm going to my dream university 🧿🧿. An old gentleman accompanied me; he gave me a ride. He gave me a book that said 'try again' I believe. As we were driving away, I saw my old self being engulfed my the universe. I had shed the old one. Looking outside the window, it was my best friend, The Sun.

    Someone did me really wrong yesterday. It hurted my feelings so bad that today when I woke up I felt like as if I saw a bad dream. I was telling myself continuously that I need to let him go from my mind and let go of the attachment and today morning I saw this video of nowhere. This something exactly I needed. Thanks to the makers who made this video and thank you to God.

    This meditation was a blessing. When the car pulled up to help me with my luggage it was my mother, grandson an nephew who have passed on within the past 3 years.I cried and was so grateful all that I was holding on to they came to take it away❤❤😢

    In all my months and months of meditating at night this struck such a cord with me. I pictured a scared worried little girl crying in the luggage and started sobbing. this was so moving.

    This was such a deeply emotional experience for me. I had a hard time bringing my awareness back, because I liked the place I was in so much. I had tears in my eyes during and after the meditation. I imagined myself on an actual road I've been on before and I realised I can imagine myself on the same road at any time and it's going to help. That is my safe mental space. Thank you so much for this, I am actively working towards healing my trauma by myself; these meditations are so much help. Thank you so much.     Thank you for this! Before I started meditating I thought I had breathing issues. I was about to go to my doctor until I realized it was just stress. Now every time I meditate my breath feels so effortless. It’s actually crazy how many health problems I’ve overcome by meditating. Then it hit me. The less anxiety I have in my body the healthier I am. It may seem obvious at first but chronic stress really can shorten your life. Everything from getting sick easier to frequent headaches can sometimes be all in your head only solved by letting go ❤

      I sometimes experience the same as you mentioned like Breathing issue, frequent headache and sickness and I think I stress a lot sometimes, I've also been meditating lately but can you guide me on how can I feel more relaxed and stress free😊 I would really appreciate that✨

      @@carecraftmamta2531 hmm, there’s definitely a lot you can do. What I usually do when I’m on edge is listen to affirmations even outside of meditation. Something hz frequencies such as 432hz. There’s plenty of them if you look up healing frequencies. You could also try crystals. Many say they don’t do anything but I think you just gotta be open to it. They’re mostly just minerals like amethyst, obsidian, pink quartz. But I’ve noticed my home feels more cozy with them around as they are very earthy and spiritual. Take time to do walk in nature. It doesn’t have to be on a hike either. Just leave your phone at home and bring some water. Feels very refreshing. Put some money into getting a high quality hammock and listen to some uplifting music in the forest or at the beach. Honestly does wonders for my back. Get some candles to change the smell of your house. Sounds kinda dumb but it’s actually kinda soothing. Don’t necessarily need incense for aromatherapy. Making a bunch of playlists of all your favorite songs also helps. Kind a like writing an angry letter and throwing it out. Make a playlist her falling asleep, when your sad, another for when your energetic. Another one for song is you don’t listen to a lot to keep it fresh. Not only is super rewarding to build them up for years and listen to them but the act of making them is therapeutic. You could also try writing. You don’t gotta have the goal of being the next author but I like to write stories on Wattpad. Plan out story elements in my notes for important character development and watching it come together always rids my anxiety. Not only that but even something like Twitter helps. Short thoughts you have over the years that you can look back on. Helps me index my thinking patterns and prevents overthinking. Another thing I started doing when I was super anxious is post to TH-cam. I didn’t even do it to get fame or make money but committing to 1 video a week has helped me not feel so alone. TH-cam is a pain in the ass and you’ll wanna quit and give up sometimes but it’s actually taught me a sense of discipline. Working hard on a video and the rewarding feeling of your hard work actually get recognized. It’s extremely slow. You’ll have to work for years but eventually you’ll have your own community who tunes into you. Make it feel like a family and use it as a way to blow off steam. Hope this helps ☮️

    I did 2 other meditations before this one and I wasn't even going to do this one. I am so happy I did because this was the meditation i never knew i needed. I thought i had done a lot of shadow work and just realized there is always SOMETHING that can be worked on. The feeling of peace i have over my whole body right now is DIVINE PEACE. Im in a feeling of just a calm and "let it be" state of mind. Thank you for this and i know i was divinely guided here because I opened my eyes and it was 12:34 on my clock😇👑☮️☯️🕉️ Much gratitude and appreciation for you as well as this present moment and time.     It bring me back to when I was a kid, and my mom basically put all her energy on my little sibilinos. my sister and I we were leave to our look for ourself. I felt left behind and not important, so I start acting like it didn’t affect me and end up keeping a lot inside. now I am 24 years and this brought me right here.

    I was crying during this meditation. I have been letting go more and more as time goes on. Part of me still can't believe our marriage is over, even if it has been almost 16 months. What has been making it difficult for me to let go is the loving relationship we had. I experienced things with this man I have never experienced in all my years. In saying that, I still hear him saying that his feelings have changed towards me and that he doesn't love me anymore. I read something recently that said you don't need a person to tell you twice they don't love you.
    That should be reason enough for me to let go.
    Since August 2022, I have lived in deep pain and grief. I don't want to live this way anymore. I have Life in front of me showing me a new path 🙏
    This meditation has brought things to the forefront for me to see clearer. Thank you 🙏

    Hey so this is my 3rd meditation. I’ve been having trouble letting go of my ex and accepting that we no longer can be together. I’ve held on to the idea of being friends but it’s too painful. Recently he is about to get into a new relationship. And that broke me. My heart was heavy all day yesterday. Today I decided that I am worthy of so much love and happiness. And if he doesn’t want to be in my life he’s simply making room for someone who will do anything and everything for me. The universe has my back. Me going through this painful experience is only to benefit me. It’s showing me something, it’s teaching me something and I will find out that reason soon. I cried to this meditation. I’ve cried to all my meditations so far. And it honestly feels good. I know that me doing this will heal me, it will nourish me, I will be able to feel light and free. I’m grateful for this time and practice. I love your work and everything will be okay🤍

    Wow, this was wonderful. I imagined in my suitcase was the heavy armor of defensiveness and bitterness. I don’t need it! I am powerful enough on my own to handle any situation that comes my way, I don’t have to prepare arguments to prove my point. I don’t need the heavy armor to protect me, because I have every thing I need within me. Wow thank you for this!

    Something unfair happened to me a few years ago and I’ve been holding on to it. Thinking about it day in and day out. This really helped even though I might need to listen to this a few more times

    I cried while doing this meditation. I was feeling like that bag was the last cord to connect the people who have hurt me. I had some great memory with them. I never thought that I will have to forgive and let go of their memories.

    My grandfather passed a bit ago and we are having the celebration of life in a few days. He had a few different cancers and they lived with us while he was sick, and I was there to help with a lot. I’ve been carrying how much it affected me and it’s been weighing me down everyday that gets closer to his celebration of life. Thank you so much for this, I needed it🩷
