I don't comment often. Miyah seems like a decent girl. I did interior decorating for some years. I accidentally got a job in a furniture store selling. Im not going to say people in the industry are fair or decent. Its just a different kind of snake pit, but listening to you, I think you would be successful in sales. Once you're selling furniture it kinda naturally turns into decorating the whole room and potentially the house. Then you will meet real designers and network with them. Maybe land an assistant to a designer, or gain your own clients while on the sales floor. Its not easy and competition is fierce, but I think you have what it takes. Just remember to pick your battles because drama will happen. Anyway, its just a thought. Take care.
Yes, she would thrive in a sales position especially if she had someone experienced giving her guidance. Miyah, you would be an amazing interior designer! Like you said @waitaminute2015 it's a snake pit in business - just a different kind. But being creative is very fulfilling, especially if you have a thick skin and let the competition drive you. I agree with you. There is still life in her eyes but she has deep sadness and needs to be able to trust someone that she can drop the facade and let it all out and know that person won't betray her or abandon her. @lionessvibes --- like anything else that people do to themselves that they know isn't good, she has to want to make the change, she has to be disgusted with herself and make that decision and no matter how hard it may be, stick it out and get through the tough parts. I've been through it. I left a good job at 47 years old making around $80k a year because over 20 years of working for other people wasn't doing it for me. I moved from the Bay Area back to L.A. after 16 years and started working for myself. After a year I ran out of money and instead of giving up and going back to work for done company, I knew I could do this and I chose to live in my car to save money. I did that for over a year getting a motel room one or two nights a week to shower and sleep in a bed. Work got better, more consistent, and things worked out well. Who are you, we, or anyone to say that someone can’t define their worth in the way they chose..... Humans need sex. Point blank. It’s part of our DNA, our whole purpose of living being is to reproduce, or there would be no life / humans left. So why is it inherently wrong for women to make money selling sex? It’s likely she is not abused and forced to do this, she gets paid well and lives a good life if she’s happy. It’s the world’s oldest profession..... Now obviously there’s myriad issues surrounding prostitution as a whole, but to undermine her or anyone as a human with no worth cause they sell sex, that’s wrong. It’s not implicitly true
She lives in Vegas but still works the track? Why not work legal? Several of her pauses were pretty telling. She got more negative as the interview went on

I just wanted to say here I’ll send another so you don’t have to go searching for it. I really love your interviews and the fact that you encourage people to be themselves despite any opinions of the viewers. I feel I could bring an interesting and different perspective to your channel as a male exotic dancer (Not the typical chippendales dancer, but a pole/lyra/silk dancer) and bring light to a lot of misconceptions of people like me. I am currently dealing with a hardship that’s been ongoing for a while, and I’m thinking maybe I just haven’t put myself in front of the right audience because I’ve always been afraid of being seen, and I think you may be able to help me surpass that fear.
WOW!! Everyone is worth saving but this wonderful young woman is DEFINITELY worth helping out. She seems to have a good heart and doesn’t have vices and addictions as other people on your channel with multiple videos that are opportunistic con-artists. SHE is worth saving and seems intelligent and well rounded where the opportunity for a better life wouldn’t just be a waste.
What we don’t like to admit is that there are conditions on all relationships. There are very few parents who would maintain a relationship with a child irrespective of anything they did; irrespective of how they treated them, other people and their property. There are even fewer children who would maintain a relationship with their parents irrespective of anything they did.
To smart, to beautiful to intelligent, to stay intl that kinda work. You got what it takes to get out if that's what you want, darling.I hope you do. Maya, I would love to see you on another video talking about how you fixed up other people's houses as beautiful as you.❤❤❤
She’s older yes, currently of legal age but you can see how emotional development was halted & probably coincides with the time of her father’s passing which is trauma related. This is so sad because the “confidence” is based on the “approval” of other men- whom she replaced/compensate for her dad’s. 😢 I wonder however how much more truly confident she would feel if she got therapy, even if she journaled her feelings and thoughts to process them and identify or self reflect. If you read my comment hon, I believe in you & am sending you strength through time and space. time heals all wounds and the ones that leave a scar behind serve as reminders of how strong we are! EVEN IF you feel that u are unable to continue moving forward, you only take a step back to catapult you forward. Because if others in ur situation have been able to succeed, why can’t U? YOU are just as capable, intelligent, strong, kind, empathetic, ambitious and ABLE to obtain your goals. (True Love for you hon might evolve in the process.)
Miyah you deserve so much better. Therapy and a solid, caring person around you would be so beneficial. You’re smart, beautiful, and have so much potential. You can still be an interior decorator. Validation doesn’t come from the outside. You have to feel you’re worth it and beautiful from within. That can take years. I hope you get there.
As a woman who used to strip I just don’t get the whole “therapy for men” thing. It’s literally a quick fix for you both n it’s fake. It’s a quick fix fantasy.

I would tell some of them that they've changed for the worse hoping to wake them up but it's their life and they make their own choices.
She seems like she’s got a really good soul.
Miyah you are a strong, courageous woman. Never let anyone convince you they are better than you. Hold your head high and know that you are just as worthy as anyone else. You have a beautiful natural light inside you and full of potential. Its never too late to pursue your dreams. Wishing you all the best girl ❤
I've been binging the prostitute episodes, and I swear, they are the most interesting people Mark interviews.
Sadly ironic to say you didn’t know your worth until you started being someone else’s object. That’s just twisted in every way.
she is young fast money with no spirit
Why isn’t it ironically sad her family never gave her the confidence that every kid should be given?
@@actnaturalunderpressurebecause your self-worth should not come from being an object or from being taken advantage of…no matter how you slice it, that’s exactly what all forms of this type of work are, whether it’s on a street corner or in a swanky hotel, whether it’s coerced or voluntary. It’s all selling the human body for someone else’s pleasure. Never what we were created for.
@@nanfal what I said went right over your head. Those that get it WILL. Have a wonderful day!
@@actnaturalunderpressure i’m sorry, I did misread your comment and read it too quickly. You are right it is very sad! I wouldn’t call it irony though. The irony I was referring to was that what she said she did not have growing up she now says she gets from being used as an object. But I do agree with you that it is absolutely sad that she did not have what she needed from her family.
She mentioned her father died. Where is her mother???

She was bullied for being thin? Boy, was I raised in the wrong community.😂
Thin people are bullied so often because Americans always have to put someone down.
i am thin and have been bullied till I was 15, after that no more till now. Still I am thin, but its an advantage now, being 65 an nobody thinks that I am my age.
7:09 having confidence in your appearance is not recognizing one’s worth, mark. If she recognized her “worth” she would not be a prostitute.

Everyone can tell he always focuses on looks. Smh. 🤦♂️
Yeah. But maybe he's talking about in her line of work?

Miyah you have SO much potential, you are too good for the streets.
She lives in Vegas but still works the track? Why not work legal? Several of her pauses were pretty telling. She got more negative as the interview went on
What interview were you watching? She could probably go farther in life than people who have ever judged her if she gets out. If she got a rise in you like that then you probably realized it.
Vegas is not legal prostitution. Reno is. Also, where it's legal, it's more saturated and it drives the price down.
Putting blame on Black men isn’t completely fair. most people who watch these vids have some suspicions what goes down behind doors of some Black families. If Black Americans had ancestors in slavery they had Serious abusive program instilled on them and yes everyone should have accountability for their behavior but MK programming is pretty real
Most BW learn from their mother. A lot of them are agents of WS.
Miyah - I feel you. So much of what you shared, I can, and do relate 💯. From being skinny to the loss of my father to not believing in love... etc. It's not 'sad' to not believe in love following a repeated series of heartbreak. Everything in its own time. For now and always focus on you, your happiness! Focus on your dreams, what you love, and live! Stay vigilant, and please stay safe. Thank you for sharing your story. I wish you an abundance of joy and blessings!
Good luck to you. Thank you for sharing. Beautiful smile.
Beautiful voice, smile, and personality. Her intelligence is equally as beautiful. I wish i had someone like her in my life. I get a strong feeling that she enriches any environment and any sentient creature within it that she occupies. She renews faith in humanity that much more for me. Truly a blessing to the rest of us 😊
😂
💯
This young lady has potential. She needs a positive mentor.
I hope that teenagers and young women dont see this video and think it's a cool job to try out. THIS JOB IS DEADLY AND DISGUSTIBG.
Why would anyone think that?
It's incredibly dangerous. Almost all prostitutes get raped, most get beaten up and many lost their lives either because they get murdered or from using drugs. But once they get into it it's hard to get out again for various reasons.
I could see it easy to get attached to her. She seems a very sweet lady and she’s beautiful.
I’m what the ladies would call a square but i’ve learnt a lot from their perspective on how to talk/ treat my partner/ boyfriend, and for that i thank you 🙏🙏
Go straight sweet girl. You will go far. This road will not take you anywhere good. Wishing you all the best.
The best interview of all..... Love this Lady.... Raw, honest and so kind. My respect. XXXX
I’m so sorry you lost your Dad Mama…coming from a former sex worker, you deserve a better life. The streets ain’t no life for anybody, especially a beautiful, intelligent, articulate woman such as you are
God bless you!! ❤❤
😊 She's very sympathetic. Nice interview. Here you can see that girls like her are humans and it doesn't matter what job they are doing. 😊The most interesting are their stories!
She's not happy. She's surviving. I hope for her,She gets the strength to leave this lifestyle gets a open door to a different job and a different way of life so that she can start over before it's too late.
This type of His existence drains the very life out of a human being. Really Part of my heart that her family turned her away and wasn't there for her when she needed them the most after her father died.. That's
Exactly how these things happen. Nobody chooses To live this way. She's very articulate and knows what to say.To not make herself look like a victim because she doesn't want to be looked at that way.
@@GizzelleBrookes-vs5ec Gizzelle, all these girls are survivers! The most of them had bad expeirences about their own parents! English is not my first language. I certainly did not portray her as what she does. Quite the opposite is the case. I never said that she is happy. Quite the opposite, most of them don't want to do that! I'm respecting them as human! You are putting words in my mouth that are not true! And one more thing, I respect their courage to do what they do, because without them we wouldn't be able to let our women out on the streets! Yes she should leave this kind of job! She has dreams and she should live her dreams, today and not tomorrow. Tomorrow may be it's too late for her and for others!

Death really shows you how people and family really are. 😢
I don’t understand how no one told her she’s beautiful. She’s gorgeous. Kind of a line I wouldn’t cross now, her em, job. But as far as looks, someone should have told her a long time ago.
Such a great video! What a precious girl.... She can go far, sooo far!! ❤️
What a gem, She has so much potential. I really hope she makes it out of that life. Such a kind sweet soul.
She reminds me of my best friend so much ! What a beautiful character I wish all the best for her on her journey .
Hi Mark, my name is Christian.
I hope this doesn’t get buried under all the other comments. I emailed you last month on the 19th and was really hoping you got it.
Mark this is someone who can actually be helped
Asking what the worst thing that happened might make the person relive the trauma.

Love her!! Great interview Mark. Smart girl!
What we don’t like to admit is that there are conditions on all relationships. There are very few parents who would maintain a relationship with a child irrespective of anything they did; irrespective of how they treated them, other people and their property. There are even fewer children who would maintain a relationship with their parents irrespective of anything they did.
Girl, you have so much potential! Follow your dream ✨️ You too good for this.
She seems so likable.
One of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, her dimples, her strong eyebrows, her cheek bones and eyes and lips, just beauty.
Thanks for sharing

To smart, to beautiful to intelligent, to stay intl that kinda work. You got what it takes to get out if that's what you want, darling.I hope you do. Maya, I would love to see you on another video talking about how you fixed up other people's houses as beautiful as you.❤❤❤
She’s older yes, currently of legal age but you can see how emotional development was halted & probably coincides with the time of her father’s passing which is trauma related. This is so sad because the “confidence” is based on the “approval” of other men- whom she replaced/compensate for her dad’s. 😢
I wonder however how much more truly confident she would feel if she got therapy, even if she journaled her feelings and thoughts to process them and identify or self reflect.
She said it right. She's in survival mode. That's the bottom line.
She just needs a positive mentor in her life. There is still hope for her.🙏🏾

You took a walk and ended up on Fig ? Really? Regardless of how you got there you are beautiful and worthy and deserve a better life !
She enjoys it because she's gaining false confidence from those men around her. I hope she realizes soon that she's better than that.
❤ I hope this young lady finds a safe way out this game. She’s got a beautiful soul and deserves a good life.

As a woman who used to strip I just don’t get the whole “therapy for men” thing. It’s literally a quick fix for you both n it’s fake. It’s a quick fix fantasy.
