I've never seen Desperate Housewives and thought it was a reality show. This game just confused the heck out of me and wondered what the heck the show was even supposed to be, but I guess a soap opera? Also, there's no way the people who made this game didn't rip things from The Sims 2, it looks way too much like it lol X'D

Honestly, for when the game came out, the cutscenes and 3D models and stuff actually look quite nice c: (The rendered ones, not the in-game ones, those look, uh... They look like they came out when they came out, lol 😅)

I didn’t give two shits about the plot I just loved looking after and riding the horses and exploring haha. Also have you played SimAnimals? It’s so weird it’s just managing animals in a forest and this blue bird of happiness appears or something

Honnestly all I know about the Desperate Housewives is that two of the main VAs of the french dub (as you may have noticed from my comments, I am from baguette country lol) also had lead roles in my favourite anime ever, Magical Doremi : respectively Blanche Ravalec (Bree) played 2 main characters, a bunch of additionnal voices AND was the adaptation director, and Odile Schmitt (Gabrielle) played a main character and the best adult figure I've ever seen. Also, Sam from Totally Spies (Claire Guyot) is in as Susan. The dubbing world of the 2000s is a small one
