- Following criticism by the High Court of the failure to include a person on the sex offenders register after being informed by UK authorities of a relevant conviction there, I asked the Tánaiste if he had confidence in the Department of Justice and its stewardship.

It was so shocking that it was comedy gold. As a tv licence holder it was laugh out loud funny. I have a 12 year old daughter she could honestly have done a better job at convincing the public.

The time slots are so short that a question can be easily fudged. But they fact they are being asked and broadcast is a real plus. I take a note of these questions. They will be asked again when the FFG and SF canvassers come looking for my vote. I suggest that other people do likewise
so appeal courts and lawers can put us all at risk for their claiming from legal aid funds paid for by our own tax, even if its deemed the guy can be deported they wont remove the sex offender. Corruption is rife here.

I can say with absolute certainty that the civil servants who dealt with the case received satisfactory performance (PMDS) reviews. Zero accountability
