To get on any flight anywhere, you must have a passport, why don't airlines make it a rule that after boarding the plane all passports are required to be handed over to the Airline and will be returned after landing at immigration, then that way we know where they are coming from and if they have the right to asylum and if not they are breaking the law and will be detained and then deported.
