My child kepted being beaten by students including stabbed by a pencil school refused to call me after my lil boy was abused in public school. I called school to complain for them not calling twice they took my little boy. Hr cried like never before in his life as police in school after my child said daddy you never hurt me , kids in this school did. Cops forced me to leave while Principal sadistically laughed during incident. My son begs to come HOME they refuse to allow anyone in family to see my lil boy . On ten minute calls once a week each time my son speaks about atrocities done to him they disconnect phone call . Now they wish to drug him it's been a yr and a month since DCYF KIDNAPPED him from public school. We live in a State known for Teachers molesting kids. What most don't realize is many school officials have city cop relatives. Corruption is deep in out country and State.

The CPS should be the flagship of the community. The job they are meant to perform is vital to the safety of vulnerable children. It's sad that too many of those involved seem to have lost the plot, and are dedicated to pursuing their own agenda. How hard is it to protect the welfare and interests of the child? What should be a noble calling has been reduced to almost child abuse. When the cure is worse than the sickness, it's time to seek alternative medicine! I work with young people who have been excluded from mainstream schooling, some are just plain feral, but most are bright funny kids who often have learning difficulties and cannot keep up with their peers. Some have been bullied because they are different, almost everyone leaves us with some academic or occupational qualification, and in doing so regain their sense of self worth. This is too often done in spite of home conditions.
There is proof that it is more harmful to children to remove them from their families and not heal the family as a whole. It would be a noble calling if noble people were doing the jobs. Now since Clinton's Act of 1996-97 I think, it is more about the cash incentives. Do the research. TROLL!
If there in court they are under oath. I will say. Don't know you your experience or anything g but you cannot generalize. These decisions are made by judge and they have a review board. Social Service/DPS personnel have a state license to report to. I have not read one case here that if a concern existed. No report to their agency and they don't obtain a lawyer day one. Children are not removed without previous action. All evidence that goes to court is reviewed with the parent. Their is no financial incentive to remove a child to that department. I interface with this department. Lots of conspiracy and misinformation and generalization here...not helpfuln
