Gasket kit set is available on eBay ebay.us/xFZUBw
but it's a set of seals. I thought too much for this project. so I made a gasket from gasket paper. Proper gasket thickness is 1mm. if you make your own from paper, you should choose similar thickness. You can find gasket paper at nearest parts shop or use this ebay.us/63kXBi.

I've made that repair several times on my 7600. I have spent considerable pains ensuring a clean surface including wiping the surfaces with shop cloths and using parts cleaner. I also alternate tightening the bolts as you do but it still destroys the gasket after just a week or so. Do you have any suggestions? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Thanks for your comment. I can guess only three reasons, 1.Not tighten up each bolt evenly. This cause to have a gap. 2.Too tightened bolts may cause to brake the gasket. 3. Wrong grade fluid might cause to brake the gasket.
Maybe you have tried these already.. Sorry...
Please feel free to ask more questions.
I hope you can solve your problem soon. Thanks!

Have you had to replace the seals and o rings on the other side. I was wondering how to pull that shaft out.

Hi I used Castrol Agri Trans Plus SAE80W. This oil is a similar to NH134D which is Ford recommend hydraulic oil.

My leak is on the other side of the steering box. I was hoping this video would show taking out the shaft. A little disappointed.
