I struggle with OCD and I find reading Gods word and believing in a loving saviour who cares about me and wants to relieve me of all my anxieties brings great relief, peace and comfort 🙏🏾
I was wondering , does journaling help with ocd/scrupulosity ? I keep a prayer journal but I’ve been wanting to keep a normal journal too just to write out my day. Things that bother me also facts I’ve found about ocd to help me refocus on what’s true and not just my thoughts . Is that ok to do ?
