ingredients
Plain flour 1&1/2 cup (185g)
Eggs large sized 2 pcs
Powdered Sugar 1 cup (125g)
Yogurt 1/2 cup (60g)
Soft butter 1/2 cup (60g)
Cooking oil 1/4 cup (30 ml)
Cream cheese 60g
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Baking powder 1 tsp (5g)
Dried cranberries 50g
Almond flakes for topping
mold size 3 x 7 inches
Baking temperature 180°c
Baking time 30 minutes
And my favourite addition ingredient is cream cheese
