Yes but it would then require surface etching. Inner surface can be done in curved objects but there are many more variables and variances to achieving a perfect result.

China, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam & Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia?
You probably cannot guarantee delivery, but should be able to use carrier that will allow us to at least track package through customs to local courier ( last courier ) just before it's delivered to destination ( person or business)...
