I never get tired of your epica reactions. I appreciate the constant and varied epica songs you do. As an epica fan when there are week long droughts of epica reactions I can always come back and watch your reactions 👌

Hi Laura, here is a song from EPICA in the same style as their aftermovies, the video was created by LuBazán, on her youtube channel. Lu is an EPICA fan from Argentina, she makes incredible music videos, EPICA should hire her, she is very talented:

in fact, this instrumental part at the very beginning is an excerpt from another track, this track is purely instrumental inside and out, that is, without vocals. And it is like an interlude to Chemical insomnia, that is, on the album these two tracks go one after the other and go together perfectly, this track is called “the fifth guardian”, I also advise you to listen to it separately, it is very very beautiful and really sounds like soundtrack to a movie. Moreover, oriental stringed instruments are clearly heard in the beginning.
As for the video itself, I really love it for the positive atmosphere and banter over the bassist, where they put all his middle fingers together on camera 😆 I think it was a surprise for him in this video 😆

I love the silliness on that clip. You can tell they treat each other like family. It's a fun video to watch.

I really enjoy how you go outside the box with the Epica selections. I like how you listen straight through the first time and listen a second time with the review

Thank You! I really can't cut thru music and not experience the music in it's entirely. I feel I wouldn't do justice for the artist and myself as the listener.

Thanks for doing this reaction, glad you enjoyed it. Whoever does their video editing is a genius (I may have said that before!) One of things I love about Epica is how they seem to be a family. You can tell they all get along and that really comes across in these videos

It's funny I said the same thing with Wild Honey a few minutes ago. I love how close they are like family. It's definitely a pleasure to watch. Today I just did a reaction for The Omen- The Goulish Malady. Hopefully I will have out next week. Thank you for the suggestion.

Coen Janssen, the keyboard player is largely responsible for the orchestral and choral arrangementd for Epica. He does such a great job, especially with the choirs.

Yes he does! He is the Mozart in his own right. Coen really knows how to put the proper touches in the music. 🙂
