I look at it - and I see amazing young people, super talented - and for me, an old 70 yr woman, it gives me hope, that the music will NEVER die. I spent my life as a professional dancer. This is just ridiculous on every level. I love the look on Simone’s face as she is watching the choir enjoy the heaviness of Epica. I come back to these videos a few times a year at least
Epica literally saved my life, after my soul mate went away forever, I met this wonderful band. I remember that We Will Take You With Us was the first I heard and it comforted me, it was like the hug I was waiting for. Simone's hair reminded me so much of my girlfriend, she died in 2011, and beyond that the comparison was painful that helped me in my duel. I think Epica is a really powerful band, their lyrics ... And their latest material has not disappointed me at all. It is forever in my ears and my heart, like the love of my life!

Come on guys, a piece of art is like nature, you got wind, forests, rivers, canyons, sunny days and hurricanes... it cannot be linear. I love the contrast, the pauses, the highs and the lows. Just like LIFE.
As a mid 50's guy there are always new avenues to explore and I am glad I turned a corner in the music maze to find this simply amazing voice, orchestra, heavy metal combination, am currently listening to all the back catalog. Thought Nightwish were good but these are awesome.
