  • I make ALOT of cookies, so I've gotten dough mixing down to a science. These are the tips and tricks I use to make sure I get perfect, fluffy no spread sugar cookie dough every single time. I make dough in bulk often at home so finding ways to make sure the recipe still tastes great even when made in large quantities is a must.

    I started a cookie business in October of 2021 and I had never used a cookie recipe that had corn starch in it BUT I decided to try it and guess what? I love the way it roll out. It didn't spread and the cookies taste great. I did add a little more vanilla and some almond extract. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm happy!

    Ad what speed are you generally mixing at?

      It probably isn't the best for my mixer, but I usually crank it all the way up to mix icing!❤

    What do I do if my dough seems too soft and crumbly?

    • @SarahGraceCookieCo
      @SarahGraceCookieCo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would try kneading to see if it will come together, then refrigerating ☺

    How thick you prefer your cookies?

    • @SarahGraceCookieCo
      @SarahGraceCookieCo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I use cake dowels to measure thickness and the ones I used are a little less an a half an inch. I find that’s thick enough to taste the cookie, but not so thick that it changes baking time🥰
