I think filipinos and their contribution towards uae is very much underrated. Everyone on social media talks about thw indian or pakistani community. I think filipinos have also contributed in the growth of modern uae. This vlog might just put a light on this community of uae . Im an indian btw.
I like how the Manager is very nice and serve oriented when it comes to taking care of you as a customer......Good thing he introduce you to a lot of Filipino Delicacies
Peyman,sisig is fine.during my stay in saudi arabia, i tasted bangus (milkfish) sisig and it's delicious.by the way, you can try beef bicol express, boneless bangus, tinolang manok, beef caldereta and pancit.the best
there are many types of bagoong. What you had for the kare2x is fermented shrimp paste and sauteed. There is also fish version, much like anchovies but unrefined visually. Then there is fermented tuna innards, sea mollusk and lots more. The shrimp is the popular one.

You should try going to Max’s restaurant I think it’s the best Filipino restaurant in Dubai. Try the Filipino bbq and beef ribs believe me it’s really good
Halo-Halo means "mix-mix" it's much better if it the restaurant uses a tall cup, all ingredients will be mixed.you should ask a Filipino crew how it's done...but glad u like the Filipino food you tasted
