I really appreciate this vid because I’m doing a m52b25 and most the stuff I knew already about the swap but there were like one or two things that caught my eye like the e30 fuse adapter to the m50/52 wiring harness which will come in handy. Thanks for the vids. I'm currently doing an m50nv from e34 into my originally m20/g260 e34. Being that the swap is so incredibly similar in the e30 and e34 this helped confirm I have everything needed. And I also greatly agree about why using the 260 is a good choice... I don't want to mess around with finding a new driveshaft if I put say a zf310 in it. This way will be cheaper.

Right now working on getting rid of my sorrows and buy a 1987 325d 4door from relatives to restore.
Hello thanks for the info. Am going to attempt to m50 swap my son's car. At the present moment am removing the factory M20B25. what do I do with the wiring harness from the factory Engine? Do I remove the entire harness with the factory M20B25 ? Thanks for the video am going to be using it to helo me with the swap.
Hey man, what would I have to do to fit this swap into an early model e30? I'm worried about the radiator and don't wanna have to cut anything on the frame.
A bit short for connecting to ecu in the glove, ecu has to just lay in the glovebox. And the covers are a bit big but otherwise it works. E36 would be better

Could I just buy a aftermarket m20 flywheel that is already built shorter so I can still run my m20 clutch kit?

I dont believe anything would be much different aside from youd have to switch over to late model cooling system stuff, or make most of it custom

I have e34 bushings and e36 arms
The engine is too close to the radiator i cant fit any fan for cooling can you help any ideas ??
E34 bushings don't work as far as I know

@@hatuqay you need to use e36 arms and condor custom 24v swap mounts. Or e28 535 mounts
the e28 mounts are exactly the same as the m20 mounts fyi, even if the parts number are different but dimesionally they're the same
