    Awesome series, I'll work my way through it all. I'm waiting on my UMIK-1 to arrive and then I can have some fun on my own too!

    I have basically watched all your videos and learned a lot of useful things. Thank you very much for your sharing. Where can I download the tuning files of Jazzi?

    You can also create targetcurves in REW in the EQ-tab this is much easier and you can creat as many you want.😉

      I put your Housecurve in REW and compare it with yours in the video (sadly I cant compare it direktly REW because the "Jazzy APP" dosnt work with OpenOffice) and I cant see a difference bitween the Targets. Is it possible that you can show a quick and short video that show the differences?
      ps. Why do you leave PsSound Patreon, your input is very usefull?👍

      You can get a rising slope by choosing Subwoofer (even for midbass) and add room curve with rising slope. I choose 200-20 hz, and you can specify the db rise

    One of the best videos for tuning and eq.
    NEED ADVISE:
    You said to put the gain on amp to minimum, then playing pink noise at volume level from the head unit?

    • @RAW-CAt
      @RAW-CAt  ปีที่แล้ว

      Keep the gains minimum. There is no need to max out the amps for the front end. IF and only IF it's not loud enough, then you can increase the gain. But that would only happen if your HU has very little voltage, like up to 2V or something.

    Where did you place the microphone? Moving mic or no?

    Do you have a video showing all the driver locations in your 5 way build? Also, we're you moving the mic around your ears both sides as you showed in another video when you were taking the averages?

    What I would really like to know is where do u place the mic to take your measurements

    • @RAW-CAt
      @RAW-CAt  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I use moving mic technique. Not stationary mic.

      Listen. I mean EQ is just a tool to help you to tune faster, but after EQ is done, play some positioning tracks and listen.

    HELLO SII I HAVE MAJURE MY ALL SPEAKER PLZ HELP ME TO CHOOSE HOUSE CURVE

  • @die_news
    @die_news ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello, why did you turn your amp gains to zero before mesuring? Do i need to measure/set my gains back up once im done with equalizing/time aligning my speakers?
    What would be the correct sequance of the setup?
    Eq->DTA->gains?

    • @RAW-CAt
      @RAW-CAt  ปีที่แล้ว

      All my gains are set to minimum in order to have as little floor noise as possible. I have plenty enough volume even with min gains. That is because my DSP signal is very strong. Your particular case will depend on how stong is your signal going into the amps.
