It looks quite good as a concept this peer-coach idea from the video. I want to try 2 weeks program with just 6 questions asked by email by peer-coach. Would you as well?

This video by Dr. Marshall is really superb! I learnt that change comes from inside of a person, not from outside and it is personal. As a coach, we really need to listen to this renowned speaker. It is worth it.

**Your sickness is from you, but you do not perceive it and your remedy is within you, but you do not sense it. You presume you are a small entity, but within you is enfolded the entire Universe. You are indeed the evident book, by whose alphabet’s the hidden becomes manifest. Therefore you have no need to look beyond yourself. What you seek is within you, if only you reflect** Imam Ali (AS)

True, our sickness is from sin passed on from our ancestors, we all far short, that is why Jesus came to save us, teach us truth to set us free to be overcomers and to save our souls. The greatest coach is the Holy Spirit.

Seems sincere but the talk is all over the place from having someone call him daily to how smart and amazing his daughter is to how distracted we are. Better to focus on a couple of points and go deep than dabble here and there for half an hour.

kalhaai it’s all connected to the topic and makes it easier to understand and remember. The point is to show with examples and exercises for the audience if we ask these 6 questions and have an accountability partner we can significantly improve our lives. I believe if we really listen and apply his suggestions it’s an excellent talk.

Marshall's clarification around how to practice and cultivate mindful leadership is a welcome addition to the field. Here's a brief reading that we've done from his book: th-cam.com/video/kC9lpyAHunk/w-d-xo.html

Thank you for sharing these ideas, thank you for your humility as a coach, that you need building up & encouragement (as Dr. Swindoll also has confessed) Thanks for the 'printed list' so that I can take notes. {two suggestions from a teacher/coach, 1) When you are using a microphone, don't raise your voice as if you were not, as you come across as shouting and the audio is too loud, 2) Please avoid referring to Clinton as a word of advice, since he is a rapist, drug dealer and adulterer, very distasteful-select a more pure role model, maybe Coach Wooden.] Thanks so much.
