Do you have a picture of how you cut the retract cover plate?

I also have this L-39. there must be a space between the fuselage and the flat part of the air intake. about 6/7mm.

So yours looks exactly the same as mine did in the video with that huge gap?

@@ghoustanable yes, the space has to be parallel between fuselage and intake. If you see closer the fuselage, there is a hole for the air flow.

Where did you get your wing electrical connectors at?

Actually, the wing connectors I was interested in were the ones that attached to the fuselage and then the winged plugs into them. You had mentioned in your video that you initially wired them wrong.
