Warren Carter is one of my best authors in New Testament studies. Jesus' followers negotiate their everyday life with the roman empire. The new testament writers resisted and imitated at the same time roman ideology and concept. Thank you for your conference

This is a great episode. The Roman Empire explained as being in the forefront instead of as the backdrop. Interesting.
