2023 Year of Race Tracks #6 - Qualifying Race - North Wilkesboro Speedway - Sat., May 20, 2023

My sixth stop for 2023 is and back at North Wilkesboro Speedway for the Saturday night qualifying race. The evening started off with rain, and for the first time, competitive laps were turned in the rain on wet tires. It was amazing to me how the cars ran with rain tires vs. regular tires. Daniel Suarez won race #1 and Chris Buescher won race #2 to set the field for Sunday night's All Star race at North Wilkesboro.
