After Rimac broke 23 world records in May 2023, Koenigsegg broke their own records to top the Rimac. I learned of this from DragTimes as he raced over with Triple F. It's cool.
What about the Lotus Evija, Pininfarina Battista, and Aspark Owl? There were a lot of EVs in Rimac's league that all debuted at around the same time. It's a pity that Evija hit so many obstacles, and then the Aspark Owl has gone almost unnoticed by car enthusiasts. It's kind of strange, but it's also a testament to how good Mate Rimac is at getting the word out.
Thank you for making this. You know your stuff. I still believe that the Tuatara really can go as fast as they originally said it could if its geared right for those speeds. I'm going to buy one eventually. Cheers. 👍
Update: I've learned that I can add the cars myself and have immediately got to work on that. I will update again when the job is done.
I'm taking the Regera for sure, despite the performance, nothing electric can replace the pleasure of a v8 😏

The Revera has slightly better performance at super high speeds that normal roads cannot support. The Nevera has far more usable performance in a speed range where you could enjoy that power far more often. The Gemera has the best of both worlds, and you could bring friends along for the ride.
Well all Koenigsegg needs to do next with the Regera successor is to put the 2 wheel motors on the FRONT wheels instead. Replacing the YASA motors with their own quark motors would give much more electric power and torque with less weight (their power to weight is almost 75% more that of the YASA motors) and they give full power till Vmax. So the Regera successor would be lighter still.
When Koenigsegg makes a fully electric car it gonna beat the rimac c2 in all world records hell the hybrid regera is quicker from 0-400-0

They should make the Koenigsegg Regera AWD instead of RWD because then it would make a huge difference in acceleration off the line and maybe add a little more hp to those electric motors too for a little more instant power😂❤ then nick name it the Regera SS 1900awhp because of the awd if they add that to it! The regera caught up the nevera at around 380kmh during both the record runs. And broke slightly faster.

Actually incorrect. The Rimac has a higher top speed than the Regera (258mph compared to 255mph for Regera).
We are talking about acceleration, the Koenigsegg is faster
@varunvalla4606 Also incorrect. The Rimac has much greater acceleration up to 350kmh than the Regera. The only strength the Regera has is in it's 350-400kmh acceleration.

I would take the Koenigsegg Regera and have it be turned to AWD instead of RWD because thats why its loosing off the line up to 350+ km/h because its just spinning and spinning them tires and i would have it with modified to 1,900whp with bigger turbos and more hp in the electric motors instead of having only 1500bhp thats not even to the wheels but thats me! I would have Koenigsegg modify it personally for me 😂❤
The only thing Koenigsegg needed to do was to put the 2 wheel motors on the front wheels instead.

personally i find the regera more attractive than the rimac, but you are right about the practicality
Saw you after very long time but this is inaccurate Regera 0-100 km/h will remain 3.1 seconds on any surface i dont know much about car engine physics but engine inertia of regera is quite high also no transmission low torque in low end speed
Slower acceleration from 0-50 km/h
Torque converter helps but not enough torque still to do 0-60 mph in 2.7 seconds its still 3.1 seconds
