I am not the one who defined myself as trash to burn. Hiding predatory criminals did. These criminals infiltrated every corner of my life, deliberately smeared me everywhere, including legitimate channels of authority, and converted me from a free human into a trafficked, traded, hunted and stalked object of open-seasoned hate.
I am not the one who defined myself this way, in order to launch a horrific lengthy campaign against my healthy, happy, productive life.

If you truly are a good person and want to help, you can start by taking this kind of criminal activity seriously, and being an activist against cruel and unusual, illegal, harmful, degrading, stalking, and bullying behavior.
Its bigger than just me, so if you're sincere, look into it. I didn't invent this traumatic evil dishonest crime, and traumatized people aren't the best at explaining things. This is a crime that has been going on with countless people for decades. Being the victim of a crime, and having that crime go unaddressed for years and years is nothing to be grateful for. It proves that the system is overwhelmed with corruption, and the jerks committing these crimes know this, and leverage it for their gain.

As if contacting the authorities is something I wouldn't have thought of, or already done on my own. You sound like a perp. You're gaming me here, as if the abuse never happened. My situation involves interstate gang stalking among several other law breaking criminal activities.

It happens to me to. I’m a truck driver and they travel with me. It’s insane
old coworkers harassing me non -stop , they need to be put in jail, they are destorying my life and career. They stole money from me making me pay for their loser ways. I wish i could find authorities that will help me. I am ready to move out of town as they infiltrated everyone I know. Made me lose all family and friends. I am facing this in a major way. They are illegally doing electronic surviillances and destroyed my career completely.

My sister just wants money and keeps defaming me & falsifying Police Reports because I'm taking care of our elderly mother.. but she hit her Granddaughter middle of last year with a club and gave her concussion.. would you leave your mother alone with her? Or would she push her down to go to court with me or Say I did it?

Since I have been in similar situations. I can't say what actions one would take in any given situation.
But I can tell you why I originally watched this video.
For myself, I was born into a family, a couple years after the father died in a motor vehicle accident.I was always disliked by many of my old half brothers and sisters.
This grew into a lifelong campaign to destroy my life. Because they felt that my existence, soiled the memory of their father.
I could never prove it, but wherever I went , a specific and negative narrative always seemed to follow me around.
This narrative was created and nourished by these people.
This basically turned into what some call "gang stalking".
This has made living a normal life difficult, due to the constant rumors and accusations that are pure fiction.
But it's like any other belief. How do you prove something one way or another. When there is no evidence?
I would say, a lawyer would have a tough time taking on either of our cases.

Hello, I’m a disabled war veteran and I have a neighbor that constantly harasses my fiancé and I. I really want to take matters in my own hands but I know where that leads to. This individual followed my fiancé to her vehicle. She ran to her vehicle just to get away from him. I’m currently using a cane so I can’t really do much at this point. I advised him that he need to stop. He has been advised by the property manage to leave us alone but it continues. I have already made a police report but still waiting. I’m getting tired of this!!!

@@IAmPamPoovey that's why when I have a serious problem I get my evidence and go to my attorney... I only had to do this one time because the police were not being useful... Once my attorney got involved the police attitude changed real quick.... Yeah it's sad but in today's world if you want justice you have to gather the evidence

I'm sorry this is happening to you. My innocent child and I have been stalked and harassed by an incredibly delusional nutjob for over six years. My child is only 9 years old. She has posted pictures of my child online without my permission. She's posted fake Facebook and Twitter profiles and craigslist ads in my name in an effort to lure perverts to my home where my innocent child sleeps. I have never even met this stalker. She's truly psychotic. I can only hope for her sake that she isn't stupid enough to attempt to cross my threshold, and her idiot, "friends," should hope the same for themselves.
My husband and I are currently being harassed by someone who works around us we have taken all the steps and have reported it to the police . I really do have a lot of anxiety and fear that this person who is doing this is going to end up hurting or killing us 😢

When someone is harassing me its difficult to fight against it, its like getting your principle to listen to you when you when you are being bullied and no one believes you. Professionals cant even distonguish between harasment and violence and if you for instance have a disorder, and in my country they would rather make you to blame (victim blaiming) I Hope you find peace in some kind of way ♡

I’m having to deal with a neighbor that is methed up. Irrational and unprovoked threats, even against the elderly. It’s disturbing, disruptive and downright exhausting trying to decipher his next move. I’m much more concerned about my other neighbors, I have protection
Have you ever considered that this neighbor might be talking shit or lashing out due to dealing with Gangstalking aka community policing or harassment? I'll put it this way, how do you know he's on drugs? Has he actually presented a threat other than talking shit? There's always two sides to the story. I encourage you to look into gang stalking. I'm ex law enforcement myself I use to work for Hood county sheriff's office and Johnson county in Texas after meeting some bad people who I cut ties with I have been lied about, harassed, monitored, stalked by community policing types myself, they use a majority of their people which are coincidentally elderly and I constantly talk shit on purpose knowing the community has neighbors listening in but I would never hurt a fly, never have, have a clean record, no mental issues do not drink or use any drugs whatsoever. I say some pretty horrible stuff on purpose but after 2 years of contstant lies about me and harassment talking shit is the only thing I can do myself because I will never react violently but Lord knows I'll purposely say stuff simply for shock value on purpose to waste their time and resources same way they have done to me for two years. Maybe there is more to it than you realize. Lastly my record is clean. Have a good day

What do I do about a group of people fallowing me around all day trying to make me crash into them or someone else ? Having tow trucks fallow me around staging them selves in blind spot places they know I’ll be Turing or approaching. Sending out pest control at to insinuate them poisoning me. Nobody will believe you. They'll call you crazy and say you should just ignore them. Trust me on that. The only way to deal with gang stalking is to move far enough away that these petty pathetic jobless jackasses can't follow you. And don't put in a change of address when you do. In fact, you'd do well to get a dummy address from the post office when you move so no one will be able to track you. Don't ever order pizza or door dash or anything like that. Delivery services might share your info. I've had to change my phone number every six months since 2017 because of this sort of thing, and now that springtime is coming, they're going to start sitting on my porch and throwing things at my house and banging on my windows all night again. That's right, it gets worse when winter's over. Stalkers are punks, so they can't tolerate extreme temperatures. They like to come out at night during summer or they do this mostly in spring and autumn. They're sissies, but when there's a literal gang of them, they're scary AF. Get the heck out of there before they swat you.

A worker in the bldg.where I rent is harassing me on the phone and also tracking my movements sometimes when I leave my rental unit. I called the police dozen times.I provided the name of the stalker but no action was placed on the suspect. Should I file a case by myself against the suspect???

My wife got an order of protection against me because I blocked her mother's phone number from calling our home phone because it rang out loud, and she (her mother) refused to use cell phones.
The judge granted my wife a 1 year order.
The year is coming up.

I have other questions:
Can consistently copying another person be considered harassment if it causes the person grief?
Is a person excused legally from copying another person when individual choice is taken into consideration? Could copying another person excuse their behavior from a legal standpoint?
Can copying a person be considered stalking if the information being copied is being taken from a private source that otherwise wasn't said directly to the person copying it or said in public in the first place?
Last of all, if there is no direct connection that a person was told information that they were repeating that could coincide with the life of another person in a reasonable time frame, is it provable under those circumstances that the person repeating the coincidental information could somehow know about the information relating to the other person? Would it be possible to prove the person is copying even if there is no direct connection to prove the person knew or could know that information? And would proving that the person with coinciding experiences had targeted the other person at other times help to prove that they could be specifically targeting them?
Could proving that a person willfully tried to cover up what they did prove that their intentions were malicious if it could be harassment? Like misdirecting events or facts or something.
Mimicry or copying of information that wasn't shared to them directly or publicly, is one of the many indicators of being stalked and electronically spied on. At times this is done in a mocking and covert harassment manner. However, the effects are very deleterious.

If it is from their cell phone or personal space such as their home then no you cannot legally copy someone. Privacy laws and torts protect all instances of where privacy is expected such as for example personal thoughts are not public domain so if someone was stealing personal information or pretending to be someone else in order to get or steal information then that would be a violation of the law. Making up a scenario in order to steal would not only be a criminal offense but could be federally prosecuted. To put it simply if you are competent enough to do the work yourself then you are not entitled to the work of others because you are incapable of producing work that is good enough. My field of study is a new and edging field however I have heard of experience studying said field. It would be highly unlikely for someone else to be able to derive the type of work that I do without them getting caught because there aren’t that many people in said field academically and especially not at the doctoral level.

I have been stalked by a policeman since 1995. He left last year in September. He placed cameras in our apartment and filmed us in five rooms. Some of the pictures and video he took were from our bathroom. These were sent with my job applications and resume which kept me from employment for all that time. So this guy scammed me 5 years for 750$. I did a contracting job and he didn't pay me. Called me names and told me to beat it. I messaged him about this some 3 years ago and the police called my mothers home asking about me and nothing ever happened. 3 days ago I got drunk. Went on instagram and messaged a few people that defrauded me over the years and told them they still own me money. Not sure why I did that but I did. I used no threats or anything like that in my messages. Is that criminal harassment or just stupidity?

I have a ton of evidence that this has been happening to me. From screenshots, screen recordings, and notebooks full of information. I’m being stalked and harassed, and my phone and all devices are hacked into (evidence of this too) I’ve gone to Apple, my phone provider, police, fbi, and it’s been continuously nonstop. Thank you for the video, but I have a question I’m hoping you can answer. Is it possible to press charges of harassment against my own sister? My parents who are both nearly 90, are quite wealthy, i’m adopted, she is not, due to fertility problems, my parents could not have any other children, so when my sister was six, my parents adopted me when I was nine months old. From the moment I was brought home, she has seen me as nothing but a threat to my parents money. I’m now 53, and she 59, it has been a lifetime of unremitting hostility and fighting, as she constantly attacks my character, doing everything she can trying to get me out of a picture, including lying consistently, defamation of character, making idle threats of calling the police on me pretending that I am the one who is threatening her life. The truth is, she has threatened my life several times, I never took it seriously, she’s textbook narcissist, being a medical professional I became aware of that very early on in my schooling. As the years have gone by the threats have escalated. I have blocked her and calling me, so she uses my nephews to hurt me in anyway she can, and when she doesn’t get her way, she implies that she’ll do something to my parents, just to get her hands on their money. I’ve been by my parents side for over 20 years now taking care of both of them because of their ill health. She has never ever been there for them, and says that because I’m adopted, I’m not part of the family and she should get all of their money before they die. I’m a big boy, I can take care of myself, but it’s killing my parents figuratively and literally I believe. I’ve spoken with their doctors, and the stress she is causing is making my parents sick, and frankly I’ve reached my breaking point. What I like to know is if there is a way I can press charges of harassment against her to finally get her out of the picture for good? I don’t know anything regarding the legal process, which is why I’m asking. If not harassment, can we have some type of restraining order placed against her so she cannot threaten myself, nor my parents ever again? Because she is completely alone, due to years of her using every single man and friend in her life, who couldn’t take her abuse anymore, my parents feel sorry for her and refuse to block contact with her, even though they know the stress that she gives them is affecting their health. I’m at my wits end, and frankly I don’t know what I can do to force her to stop this behaviour which is greatly affecting my dear parents health, along with my own mental health which is taking a hell of a beating going through all this. Naturally there are countless things that I can’t write down, because there’s far too many, but rest assured, the things that she has said and done over the past 20 or 30 years, at least to me and to anyone involved in the situation, is absolutely criminal. But I would like to know if the long would recognize that, and if so, what could be done in the way of legal action to get her to finally stop? I have tried every method available from a medical standpoint, but nothing I do works, because she faked a back injury over 30 years ago, and working for a public health in the city of Toronto, she memorized the union handbook like it was a Bible, and played it like a finally tuned violin. She knows exactly how to cheat the system, she even brags about it. When I myself due to cancer and Crohn’s disease was forced to go on permanent long-term disability a few years ago, my parents told her so she called me and started giving me all the advice on how to cheat the system. That was the last time I spoke to her, that’s when I blocked her number. But so much has happened since then, and I have got to do something about this before it kills my parents or myself, because even though I hate to admit it, the stress that she is causing all of us, is greatly affecting my own health to the point where I’ve been hospitalized countless times due to stress. My apologies for the long winded explanation, but as I said I am desperate right now to find some type of legal recourse I can use to finally put an end to decades of unremitting hostility, torment, and harassment. Any and all help you can give would be greatly appreciated. I don’t want to waste anybody’s time if there’s nothing that can be done legally, but, if there is something that can be done, I would like to pursue it immediately. I thank you for your time, and thanks for being there to help, because I know people are going through much worse, and we need people like you to help us get through it, cheers!
The best thing is to record everything you can. You are not alone. Don't be intimidated. Video is great evidence for a jury. Also keep a journal and record even the smallest details. The point being , the easier you make it for other people to understand the better!!!! Remember that juries do not know you so it is up to you to gather evidence that makes it simple for them to understand the seriousness of your problem. Medical records are a help but no one but you can prove it. Best wishes to you. Be safe and stay alert and write it all down.

Have an attorney write a cease and desist letter and make her sign an agreement that if anything is left to inherit its split evenly after all debts payed accumulated while caring for ur parents…and if no agreement is made, ur parents will be leaving it all to the humane society. That they want u both to love each other and not their money. This summer my qanan neighbor started harassing me. He used a old friend who threaten to kill me, to help intimidate me and threaten to kick my ass. Then sent to police who he is friends with to harass me. Next he brandished his fire arms in front of me and my wife, in full view of my security camera. Then filed a false PPO against me full of lies. When I challenged him what he said to the judge was complete opposite from his written statement. I can't go to the police because he has maga friends with the police. I have video evidence. But if I take it to the police they will just protect him. I need a lawsuit against him to stop it. He needs to be put in prison! I need advice, or a good attorney. I started documenting everything from his first threat, and mounted my security camera over looking his drive and the road. I have all the evidence I need!! The judge wasn't buying his crap. He seen me and my son were prepared in court and the judge told us we could file a PPO against him. But a PPO does nothing but keep him from doing anything for 6 mouths. I imagine he will be sweating waiting to get a PPO on him, which he will have to explain all his actions. But it won't lock him behind bars, where he belongs. That's not good enough for me! I fear him, especially since I know how far hes willing to go. I'm going to wait for spring and try to find a attorney to take my case. Any advice will be helpful? I can prove everything!
PS When he filed his false PPO, I looked through my videos, and put every one of his actions together with statements that took place. Everything that happen, and exact words that were stated. And was prepared to show the judge. My neighbor new I had it all and wheezed his way out, so he wouldn't have to face questions. I never got to show the judge any of it.

I am being stalked 24/7 by multiple vehicles. People. My neighbors thought I would move when my mom died into her house. They were nice until they found out I was staying in mine. I've been here 15 years beside them with NO PROBLEMS. Now since I want to stay in my home and my home would be nice for them they now own the property around it and live in trailers that are about to give way. They have friends that are following me 24/7. I have license numbers videos and pictures. I'm petrified to go outside anymore. I have PTSD I don't want to move. I cannot let the dogs out without them on the property line watching constantly. I was followed to the store with my grandchildren. They have watched them even in the bathroom with drones until I reported it to the FDA.

Neighbours harass me and talk bad about me... First they pretended to be friends, then they wanted to control me, to make me do what they wanted. They hit my 1 year old daughter. After I pulled away, they harrased my daughter and gossiped.

There are protected classes of people under the equal opportunity laws and every state has an EHOC (housing) and EEOC (employment)….contact ur states attorney general’s offices to speak to someone about what’s going on …if u qualify under the guidelines they represent u and handle the case via the commission and not a judge or courtroom…there’s no fees and they also enforce the non retaliation rules so that a landlord can’t have u blacklisted and if they do they get in some pretty serious trouble….anything to do with housing…report it because it’s not just helping u, it’s helping others who come along after u have moved out..,the only way this bs stops is by making it clear tenants are aware of their rights…,

What if I have a police report of a stalker threateneing to end my life? The judge acted as if it was my fault, and said “we couldn’t get along”.
He split court costs between us, and the mental anguish this stalker has caused has made me lose everything. He’s still at it even though we have a no contact order, and when I called the police today for help, they took me to jail for failure to pay the $111.25 court costs. Then I had to walk home from jail in the dark, over a mile. Please help me.
