A friend of mine has been accused of stalking and harassment . These allegations unsurprisingly have been made in family court and in the lead up to court. Does anybody know of a legal method of countering these allegations that are numerous and obviously false given the fact they never happened and their motive? The family court of course, make no findings of fact (generally) and seems to be a platform for this type of thing as ‘fair game’ in a strategy in child arrangements. Since no victims so far on this thread have come forward, then what about those who are falsely accused? Being falsely accused of an offence that could attract imprisonments, surely a false claim (and many) should be punished?
