  • This is a very sentimental guitar solo (in the middle of the song) played by the incredible emotion of guitarist Ronni Le Tekro...an angel stays in Ronni's heart or Ronni has an angel heart! Great vocalist, great bassist too, great drummer too!

Thank you Tony! Thank you Ronni! Thank you TNT! Right now you have saved my life which I was going to violently end. I've had the worst year of my whole life and all love has left my life and my soul is full of anger and a burning desire for revenge against all who have done me so many wrongs and so many hate filled acts towards me. I hope love WILL COME AGAIN. Ronnie's solo is beautiful, but his melodies and riffs are what make him so underrated. These European bands are so different from anywhere else. They grew up on classical music and rock and it's all interrelated so they fuse the two into something symphonic. TNT I love you! Please come to America and play for us here!

When you fall out of love or lose the chance to love someone it really will hurt you and I can relate completely to this song. Ronni's solo sounds anguished and reflective at the beginning then majestic which fits perfectly with the line in the chorus "Love will come again my friend." I have never had love in my life from my crazy insane evil parents and they have ruined me to the point that I just turned 40 years old and thanks to their entrapment and abuse of me I am still a virgin. That is not a feeling you want to experience. Love is what matters the very most and I hope it will come again for me.

Chills !! When the melodic hard rock reached its peak of expressiveness, the songwriting, the class, the genius, inspiration, music that was born from the soul and manifested by the highest forms of expression of a technique never self-congratulatory end itself but as a means of emotional communication. My opinion of course. Jan

Gotta love how Ronnie incorporates Edvard Grieg in the solo at 2:50 :) Brilliant!

Again on the verge of suicide (or tonight even homicide) SAVED BY THIS BEAUTIFUL SONG! Thank you TNT! This year has been brutal and horrendous with abuse from my parents continuing, two homicide attempts against me, physical, psychological, and emotional abuse. Now I am deeply in love. I am in love with a man who may reject me and I don't think the opposite i.e him loving me back is very likely so I knew I needed to hear this song and its positive beautiful message "Open Your Eyes Love Never Dies." No, it is not the end of the line. Love is something so strong that you give it and even if you can't have that person by your side forever male or female take your pick you will find love a love that is undying indestructible immortal. I have a message: Never get yourself into a suicidal state. There is always tomorrow. I know that sounds corny, but it's true. You can move on because you know what? Those people hurting you are gonna die they are weaklings and that is why they are so childish and hurt you. You will outlive them. You and your friend or friends will be together in some way. You one day will learn the power of love. Ronni Le Tekro plays to as Ardh14n says such a beautiful solo in this song. It starts off sounding reflective, somewhat mournful, but the second half captures something deep inside him coming out through his instrument that is strength and majesty. I love his technique. I love Tony's technique, but he is the wrong man for Skid Row! That band belongs to Sebastian Bach!

I've seen the madness of love in flames
I've seen your eyes reflect the silent pain
Now like a candle in this empty room
    I burn alone
You've seen the lonely days never end
You've seen me break the trust that you depend on
Don't close your heart too fast 'cause feelings will blind you
    My love will find you
    (End of the line)
    (Reach out in time)
Maybe love will come again, my friend
    (Open your eyes)
    (Love never dies)
    Don't run away
'Cause you just can't say that this is the end
We've learned to gamble the distance game
Hearts of steel, they'll never bend, no
So close behind the walls like strangers that blind us
    Love will find us
    (End of the line)
    (Reach out in time)
Love will come again, my friend
    (Open your eyes)
    (Love never dies)
    Don't run away
You just can't say that this is the end
    Ohh woah
    (End of the line)
    (Reach out in time)
Maybe love will come again, my friend
    (Open your eyes)
    (Love never dies)
    Don't run away
You just can't say this is the end
    (End of the line)
    (Reach out in time)
Ohh love, love will come again, my friend
    (Open your eyes)
    (Love never dies)
    Don't run away
You just can't say that this is the end

Only the vocals where originally live when TNT preformed at the Spellemannsprisen show. This version as U say is the studio version.

Vocals doesn't seem live at all. At 1:34 you can see Tony get away from the mic, but you can still hear his voice.

I got so many bullshit comments from a stupid comment I made on here when I wasn't thinking so I've thought of listening to this song again to see if I still passionately hate it as much as I did when I left my angry and admittedly obnoxious comment. I don't love this song now, but I do like it. I'm never gonna love it the way I love some of TNT's music because of bad, very bad memories of when I first heard it. I've been through what Tony Harnell wrote about here, but haven't we all!? Too bad.. The solo does start of completely on the wrong notes, but then Ronni flies into the heavens for over half of it. I wish his solo was longer. His solos are too short on the INTUITION album and the band were not as good as on Tell No Tales and their other records, but that doesn't mean this isn't a good song and doesn't mean it isn't a good record. There are some great, great songs on that record. For me this sums it up: I bought INTUITION by TNT and Extreme's debut on my 13th birthday 25 years ago. Today neither sound good to me anymore, but TNT at least had some great songs whereas with Extreme I just don't think they had it on that album. Both bands may be your favourite bands so I'll stop here. If they aren't MY favourite bands does it make much of a difference? No. You like what you like and I like what I like we all can do that.
