    너무 좋아하는 고로케에 맛있고 건강에도 좋은 카레까지 넣으셨네요,얇은 소고기가 들어가서 더욱 식감이 맛있을것 같네요

    고로케 정말 좋아하는데, 카레고로케 진짜 맛있죠!! 튀기는 소리.. 바삭거리는 소리가 정말 맛있게 들려요~^^

    물량 레시피를 잘못 입력하신 것 같아요ㅠ 반죽이 절대 될 수 없는...엄청 묽어요. 그래서 밀가루 넣으면서 농도 맞추느라 힘들었어요.ㅠ 레시피 참고하실 분들은 물은 반만 넣으세요.

      반죽이 많이 질어서 당황스러우셨겠네요ㅠㅠ레시피는 적혀있는게 맞아요ㅠ 이 레시피는 식빵반죽의 배합을 참고하여 만든것인데 보통 빵반죽에 밀가루대비 수분양을 58~70%를 넣거든요...저는 부드러운 식감을위해서 70%로 계량했는데 질어서 반죽하기 어려울수도 있겠네요 참고하겠습니다 댓글로 정보 알려주셔서 감사합니다^^
