Dude your English accent is very pleasing. In China many anchors tend to speak in British accent, but tbvh, as a Chinese living in the US many times it's hard for me to fully understand / parse the British accent even by the native londoners, but your British accent is so easy and lucid clear to me, which is marvelous.

For a company like Changan that is large in the domestic market but not widely known abroad, it is worth providing some context for foreign viewers of your channel. ☮️
Changan is well know abroad, maybe not with westerners. Uni models are popular in the Middle East, Latin America, Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa.

A quick Google search indicates that the Deepal brand is a joint project between Changan, CATL and Huawei that was launched under the name Changan Deepal, later it was renamed to just Deepal. The Deepal S7 is a mid-size crossover. Its dimensions are 4750/1930/1625 mm with a wheelbase of 2900 mm. It is 9mm wider and 1 mm higher than the Tesla Model Y.
You are talking about Avatr. Deepal is 100% owned by Changan.

Looking up at the passenger screen for an extended period can be tiring, especially for shorter people. Maybe cars can just come with a sturdy and powered tablet holder.

Changan has a joint venture with Mazda. Maybe there is an opportunity for this EREV and BEV to be sold as a Mazda in markets where Mazda has an established customer base. 🤔 Perhaps Mazda could even contribute its rotary range extender engine. 😎
Interesting that Huawei is involved in this venture. Did you notice any software advantage? The fold-down passenger screen at 3:13 seems like a useful hardware innovation.

I dont understand something. If "Changan+CATL+Huawei = AVATR" then this one which is the same combo, why called Deepal? Whats the point to join forces under different brand names?
I will buy this over the model y at anytime. This looks luxurious compare to what tesla offers.

Is class difference still relevant? What makes this a Model Y competitor and a Li L7 or NIO ES6 or even Mercedes EQE. They are all basically the same level of luxury, speed, and software. ICE cars have a clear difference in feeling, and brand image is very established. But not EVs. All these new EV brands pop up offering the same level everything and yet some are $20K more expensive.
This is not a Li L7/NIO ES6/Mercedes EQE rival. I think I said in the video that the interior looks great on surface but is not true luxury level.
This car would cost 60k USD in the USA if it was not made by a Chinese company.
