Technically this should be Teppanyaki cooking. Teppan meaning flat and Yaki meaning to cook. hibachi is cooking out of a bowl such as a work or firebowl

Soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce and Garlic soy sauce. I don't measure those and don't use too much. salty food is the worst.
