Vw Crafter 2.0tdi problem

  • I think it's time to open the motor...
    Engine has driven only about 2000km before the car came for us
    - Factory new engine (2000km ago)
    - Dpf&egr removed/deleted
    Stay away from 2.0tdi. This is toy motor.
    I think LT35 with 5 cylinder is the best!!

    blowby but a bit over the limits check the reniflrad its pipe help to get rid of the excess smoke coming into the sump usually near the rocker cover

    I had this issue. It was caused by combustion gases blowing by piston rings and pressurising crankcase. New engine from vw at £9,789.00

    the injector sealing ring is seized because the pressure from the cylinder escapes and it comes out of the injector easily the oil faces a difficult lubrication task and therefore it burns and looks like there is a problem in the engine if you measure the injector then you do not notice a fault because it also works normally it is only this copper sealing ring

    Check.
    Your pcv valve or injector rings seal. When you don't change regular oil. is/the dirty oil. That's what happened. ?

    Mine is the same way it's been like that for 100k miles have 260k on mine rn. No problems

      This is factory new engine changed and driven only couple of thousands kilometers before the car came to me. I am sure there is broken piston or something else and i have to open the engine. Why this happens?

    Come on guys it’s very simple not engine or any injectors it’s very simple it’s 😊only need to see oil pump if it’s ok then breath filter

    Crafter 2.0 140cv is reliable?(always 3.5-3.8tons)

    is the knocking normal? oil passes to my water tank I repaired everything new new head, complete engine gaskets new oil cooler and it remains the same

    That’s is normal on crafter where you see the problem, I’m telling that you don’t know anything about crafter,, because with this you gona confuse the drivers of crafter don’t say stupid thinks when you don’t know , if you buy from new it do exactly like this.

      If it's normal I think it's still aren't a great thing on any engines. If you are VW engineer you should start a campaign to make this for public instead of screwing me when I didn't know this was normal
