Like people are paying to eat in kfc. On the other hand sometimes customers also misbehave with staff just because they are not fully obliged by the staff due to the over crowded place.
Watching from UK the staff member should of asked customer to leave abuse of any kind shouldnt be tolerated unfortunately we live in a world where customer is always right which I disagree.

We don't know exactly what escalated the situation but I have seen some customers behaving rudely to the employees i.e responding coldly when ordering or when asking about the atatua of their orders & being impatient when waiting for their food. These kinds pr guestures also add up to an environment of stress.
