Do you put any fire cement on any of the twin wall? I have a mi flues system which I am about to fit but don't know of the twilight wall requires the cemt like the single wall does.

The joints on the insulated pipe just slot together and do not need any cement.

Good morning I have a very small hole in the two flues that join together where the one from my 5kw stove fits into the longer flue that fits up into chimney ie the actual joint where the fire cement KoS fire cement is used can I just apply extra fire cement there the hole which is the bottom smaller flue coming from the actual stove that fits inside the longer flue part that fits in the chimney, the hole is thinly the tip of a small ladies baby get not to the first knuckle bend of finger help ?

why do Heitas say you need a flue extender in order to take the flue apart going into the burner and access the inside of the pipe?...so on your setup you would need a telescopic flue extension at the burner and a bracket above so that when the pipe is taken apart for cleaning it all stands as is and you can clean it out.

My pipe just slips over the flue collar snuggly. I never use any cement because the pipe has to come off on a regular basis to clean the chimney. Never had a problem with leakage as the draft sucks the smoke directly up the chimney.

No , I use a high temperature silicone to stick the rope on my door , instant gasket silicone sealant works well
