We just keep finding money everywhere in this Hoarders storage unit. We have found Cash and gold 3 days straight and we still have so much more to see in these two 10x30 abandoned storage units we bought in auction.

The cabinet with the drawers. An older fellow was moving and had one that had belonged to his grandfather sitting beside his trash. Said he did not want to take it with him however the
the trash truck would not take it. He gave it to me and it almost didnt fit in the back seat of a company car lol! Cole Steel was the maker of the cabinet. Thank you for sharing! Love all your videos!

Same my grandma used to do it all the time and it was a bittersweet moment of reminiscing the memories with my grandma cus I lost her about a month ago😔😔 Watching paw paw and him enjoying each others company makes me miss my grandma so fuckung bad I wish I could meet her for the last time.
I know it's a pain, but you need to look through everything, piece by piece. Had a girlfriend who when going through her aunt's house they found $$ in cereal boxes, books, in folded pieces of papers - places you would never think to look!

You have a good point there I once used a $20 bill as a bookmark and completely forgot it in the book found it about two months later when I decided to read the book again good thing too because I needed cat food and cat litter

I'm a retired letter carrier. When a letter was being returned for postage, in order not to delay it further, I would put the postage on it, send it on it's way and get the money back from the patron. Or if they owed money, I would pay it so the patron didn't have to go to the post office. Also if they had outgoing mail and forgot to put a stamp on it, I would post it and get the money back. In 37 years I only had one person accuse me of fraud.

Awwww that book in beginning reminds me as a child I'd go thru Sears and JC Penney catalogues and cut out pics for my paper dolls. Started when I was young and went to my maw maw's on the coosa river. Something I guess kids today don't have....imagination. Used encyclopedias for their houses.

You are right...they also do not last forever and eventually "go bad"
No heat, no humidity for fragrances... ( never)but .... give a try to sale them .... as any jewelry

Hopefully they’re forthcoming with the fact that they have sat in a hot storage unit for years. They are absolutely bad. Maybe people buy them for the vintage bottles though?

I bought a water color at an auction that is worth 1,200 dollars and someone ripped the back of the frame up looking for money. Part of the value of the picture was the provenance found on the back which has to be repaired. Not always a good idea to tear up the back of valuable pictures looking for a buck when it was obviously sealed by the framer.

Sad to say it, but we trash it unless it's something of nostalgic importance. A lot of the times we will return any to the manager if the previous owner requests it.

You need a good strong magnet when you are going thru the jewelry boxes because some times people keep the scraps from their gold when it’s repaired.

I just found out what a buc-ees is. It's in Texas and I don't know where else. Look at super unsexy going through Walmarts showing clearances. He and wife Kathleen decided to go to buc-ees and film it. It's totally unbelievable. Like 85 foot car wash, 80 gas pumps. Etc. Take a look at that if you can

I can remember when I was young I used to help my mom paste S and H Green stamps in the little books that you could get at the grocery stores to put them in and then my mom would go through the S and H books where you bought things with the books that you pasted the stamps in and get things she needed for the house or other things

I would go through all the books to make sure no cash or other items are within the pages. Also, they should be wearing gloves!!! Love the videos. Keep them coming.

My grandma used to hide bills in her books EVERYWHERE. She lived through the depression as a young widow with two little girls and never fully trusted the banks after that.

We calll these grandma units, after husband died she filled the hole with shopping, and rainy day stashing probably went to a home and all this was stored and forgotten

A problem you might find with the perfumes is, they do go 'off' after a while. The Givenchy Gentleman aftershave is one I use myself and it should be a much lighter colour. As yours seems more an orange colour, I think the chances are that it is possibly stale.
OK fella's that at the end the gold screw on earrings are GOLD and from the 40/50's the circle is to add dangles from. My mother had switchable dangles and she bought it from the Macy's
Just saw this.. love it! My mother in law did this too! Took me forever to clean out her house. She had alzheimer 's and would hide stuff and swear someone stole it, right down to tears . We even found cake mixes in the linen closet upstairs. Money stashed EVERYWHERE!! I love the fact you have your dad with you. Cherish EVERY MOMENT!! I recently lost mine. TRUST ME you are NEVER prepared for that empty chair! I'm glad I found your channel. I wonder if this woman was ill or just an hoarder? Be sure to look in books & socks!!

oh..sorry... I'm a late in life child. I sometimes forget ppl are grandparents at that age.. my bad. The sad thing about being a late in life child is no grandparents or they pass before you're 5, 8 at the most. Which sadly means the loss of parents when most are losing their grandparents.. but I wouldn't have changed it. I had good ones. 😍🥰❤😉
