    Im not kidding I listened to this for one night, got kidnapped in my dream, Found out i was in a dream, and then for the rest of it was completely in control like a lucid dream. As a bonus I got a solid 10 hours of sleep, not sure the kidnapping part was supposed to happen but I'll take it for even just those few extra hours of sleep. Amazing video.

      i listened to another video on this channel and i also slept so much i think 10-11 hours straight
      and had the most vivid lucid dream where i shifted to the past and in the dream i could recall previous dreams it was soooo trippy
      and when i decided omg i need to "shift" back to reality i did something and woke up.
      i don't usually have dreams at all and most of the time they're messy like scattered images but never this intense!!!

    I tried using this, and got to the bottom of Delta (30 min in) while still completely awake and completely still. Woo, let me tell you... Wild ride. Starting about 10 min in (probably around REM) it kinda felt like I was getting high. I have slight vision problems in the dark, anyway, but with this I was seeing subtle waves of color, some of them shaking. I had a wide smile for no good reason for maybe 3-4 minutes as I drifted awake through what was supposed to be REM. I got itchy in a couple spots, but I felt like not moving instead of scratching. Also... the visuals. I was half dreaming at some point, seeing a very realistic rocket ship, but that transitioned back in to color waves as I realized I was still awake. When I hit, say, the 28 minute mark (the low point on the graph) I got a wildly strong chill from head to toe that made me decide to stop.
    TL,DR: Expected sleep. Got high. Not disappointed.

      certain resonances/frequencies can trigger a small DMT release from within your own brain. The pineal gland can make and release small ammounts, through methods like mediation, yoga, and sound. It's not a huge amount of DMT, not like if someone dosed on DMT (not my thing personally)... but i can tell you for certain that the small amount of DMT that can be naturally released through meditation and breathing is enough to give you some very strange, and often insightful experiences.
      Certain frequencies in this vid will want to switch your brain down many gears, especially going into theta and delta. if you're awake in theta or delta, it can play funny tricks on you. If i want to get into a deep trance in my meditation, i listen to theta drums or binaural. This was a great video. I skimmed through before bed, to see how the resonances felt, and i could feel the affects very quickly and can tell this will be affective. Going to listen tonight as i sleep, keen for it. Cheers 🤙

    I have listened to this through the night 3 times so far. I can’t remember the last time before this video when I’ve felt so replenished and fresh upon awakening! This is an excellent video for people like myself who have suffered with chronic insomnia. Another interesting result I’ve noticed - it has made me want to go to bed around 10:30pm or 11:00 pm instead of 3:00 am - I am getting tired earlier than I used to, and it feels like a natural, healthy kind of tired.

    I suffer from a severe sleep phase disorder since birth, and I often struggle to get more than 5-6 hours a night (or day), even without the use of an alarm clock. Trying out these frequencies for the past couple of weeks has given me not only the ability to fall asleep more easily, but it also allows me to go back to sleep when I wake up too soon. I can honestly confirm as someone who's tried most every cure and health remedy imaginable that this is in fact the best video on TH-cam! Thank you for uploading this and God bless you!

    I started using this binaural beats recording two days ago. I am accustomed to binaural beats so using this was helpful. The only thing I would like to point out is that both nights I listened to this, I was sleeping fantastically, then around 345a, a very noisy AD blasted into my head and scared me out of a deep sleep state. My mind was so awakened I couldn’t go back to sleep for an hour plus even by continuing to listen to this recording. It was disturbing both nights and now I’m sad because I love how well it made me sleep, but leary about the wake up jolt when I am getting my best REM sleep. Just a suggestion….. if you could remove ads from the body of this recording, the listening/sleeping experience would be trusted. It’s a great product…. Thanks.

      @J H first 12 days it was mostly good. But I had a few nights that were not. I stopped using the sound program three or so days ago because I noticed I wasn't getting many dreams and occasionally it irritated me. That's when I knew it wasn't helping. It was as if I was being forced into this delta sleep too long, from the sounds, and needed more dream rem sleep. I also found it hard to find ear plugs that put the sound in both ears equally. Overall I was impressed at first and for the first week. But not sure about prolonged use.

    • @GrantSpoon
      @GrantSpoon 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @J H I would say looking back that it would probably be better to use periodically, maybe once or twice a week. Still to early to make a conclusion

      @J H I think what it's needs is to be shorter. So I'll modify the play time so it only does three sleep cycles instead of five. Will test when I get a better ear phone solution

    Past few months, I've been having dreams a lot where I levitate at will and float around towns and streets, fields and over rivers and hills. I love it, being able to float at will and drift around :) It's awesome. I don't get to sleep that much, having insomnia and only really sleeping when I can't stay awake anymore. I often have to get up to go to the toilet and I'm not old or anything. It might be down to all the coffee I guzzle, hrm, but anyway, I love it whenever I can float or fly in my dreams. I hope you have a nice dream tonight :)

    I have been using this track to help me sleep for about 9 months now. It is pretty effective. Unfortunately, the last two nights, I encountered a problem that will probably cause me to find something else. I went to bed a few minutes after midnight. I put the track on and fell asleep. At 6:04, I was awaken by a loud ad for Temu that had been inserted into your track. I recognize that you had nothing to do with this, but I ask that you contact TH-cam on behalf of those of us who use your track and who do not want to be awaken out of a dead sleep less than 6 hours into an 8 hour track. The effect of the ad being willy nilly inserted into your track renders your track useless!

    . Your intro was the reason why I didn't decide to skip by your track, like I do when I hear only the wriggling of the waves without the sound of music. Some people don't realize how EXTREMELY powerful binaural beats are. When I hear the waves and don't see the enthusiasm and research and information and explanations, I am NOT going to listen to any randomly put together wave pattern.
    You did AWESOME, with the intro and the written video description and I am going to try it for the first time tonight. I'll update in a week or so of experimenting with it. I am a nerd, as well, and love to experiment and research ways to improve my life presently and looking forward. Thanks for doing the research and on top of it, being inspired to share it with little ol' me, and others who are actually appreciative of all your efforts and don't use the comment section AS A PLACE TO SHIT ON....excuse my language Jody... Good night!!!
    Very next day: Good morning, world!!! I am READY! I have NEVER slept so well, without the use of prescribed sleep medicine, as my first night using this track. I said I would update you in a week, but I couldn't wait to tell you, "YOU NAILED IT JODY!". Research and hard work paid off, now my piece of advice to you, take a good vacation 🥂 to celebrate your breakthrough video, if you haven't already, and make sure you find yourself that pair of worthy headphones to wear for 8 hours you mentioned you needed. (I guess that was a while ago now) Thank you very much for an amazing sleep!

    • @mygirldarby
      @mygirldarby 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, i was wondering what you mean, fake binaural beats? How are they faking them...and why would they make fake ones? I have been using binaural beats for well over ten years, but until recently I only listened to the ones produced by Hemisync, Awakened Minds, etc., because I know these companies are reliable and the science behind their frequencies is good.
      Lately I've been experimenting with binaural beats created by individuals here on TH-cam with mixed results. I don't mind light ocean sounds, rain, or chimes being played over the frequencies, but some of the music people use on these BB yt videos is distracting. I also don't always get the deep relaxation/meditation that I reliably experience with companies I mentioned before. Now I'm wondering if I'm listening to subpar or even fake BB tracks. I think I will just go back to the reliable companies for now because it would really suck to find out I was listening to some weird frequency that doesn't work, or that might even be detrimental!

The only strange thing is that I always end up in the same “dream world” or dimension. All the same senses, feelings, etc. The people are different, and the activities change up from dream to dream . What are the supposed risks? You say there are risks in the beginning but don't explain what the potential risks are and say you should use the "beginner video" if you're not "experienced" but don't explain why or say what the risks are. Is my head gonna explode while I'm sleeping because I don't have a high enough tolerance to binaural beats yet?

      Hey, I asked this same question when I first started (about a year ago). The answers I got/what I experienced after ignoring the warnings, were unusual nightmares, difficulty falling asleep to ‘advanced’ tracks, sudden/increased wake times during the night, and more than anything else, a lack of good results from listening to binaural beats. In fact, those things kinda drove me away for a while, before coming back and getting started with beginner tracks.
      Honestly, it’s just a simple matter of what is easier for your brain to slowly get used to, versus shocking your brain with stuff it isn’t used to. Kinda like loading a bench press with 315 if you’ve never lifted before.

      Shit you not. First time I tried binaural beats for sleep I got sleep paralysis. Not fun. I had to rip my headphones out cos it terrified me. Lol but I'm sure that is just a result of doing it the first time. Don't sue if this happens to you.

    I can't believe how well this works. My watch tracks my sleep and it looks similar to your sleep graph/chart. It's usually terrible with little deep sleep. Now it's up and down about 5 times and getting better each sleep! I'm an insomniac and this helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Thank you for this witch craft! 😊 Hope it keeps on working.

    • @tim265
      @tim265 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@melissam7402 sadly my results are pretty disappointing. I dont know if its a fitbit tracking issue or if my sleep was not affected by the waves. I think my brain did not "want" to match the rhythm of the video and was therefore negativly interrupted by the wrong waves at the wrong time. This probably needs some kind of feedback loop, where the binaural player also gets feedback from the brain back to better match the rhythm instead of using a static 90min rhythm.
