    MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
    1) "I can't hear anything!"
    Headphones are REQUIRED. :)
    2) "This gives me a headache!"
Keep the volume LOW (20-40% max).
    3) "I had a nightmare!"
New to binaural beats? Start with this gentle track instead: bit.ly/binauralbeginner
    4) "Sounds weird."
DISABLE any filters on your device (DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
    5) "Can I save this to my phone?"

    ***
After using Holosync and Hemi-Sync products to meditate and sleep for 10 years, I decided it was time to start making my own binaural beat tracks that didn't have all the extra sound effects and cheesy music added on top.
Before making my own track, I came to TH-cam and was shocked to see all the garbage there is out here. Unlock your codons with a DNA-healing miracle tone? Please. That's not remotely how binaural beats work... and 528 Hz is an annoying, uncomfortable tone to listen to. Schumann resonance doesn't apply here, either, because we're not vibrating every cell of the body with a loudspeaker, we're only playing gentle tones into the ears.
This video isn't perfect, either, and much of the information contained in it has not yet been verified by perusing actual scientific research papers. There's a ton of information about binaural beats on the Internet, the vast majority of which is basically made-up trash.
For now, based on what I know today, I'm certain that listening to the audio contained in this presentation (with stereo headphones) will help anybody enjoy a peaceful, restful, deep sleep ... or, at the very least, become very calm and relaxed. I used myself as a guinea pig and tested this track for a week before posting it here. I was thrilled with the results!
As far as volume goes, make sure it's loud enough that you can clearly hear the tones in both ears, but quiet enough that you'll be able to fall asleep without being distracted by the noise.
    Enjoy!
** DISCLAIMER: I’m not a doctor, just a nerd who loves meditation and experimenting with new things. I test every binaural beat track on myself and make sure I'm happy with the result before I make it public. Ultimately, every person is going to have their own unique experience. Using this track is done at your own risk -- if you start to experience any negative effects, STOP using it!

Thank you so much for cutting out all of the nonsense with your video. When scientific studies are conducted, they don’t have strange music added on top of the beats like 90% of other videos out there.

Took me forever to find someone who has produced some content of this sort with respect to the fact that we have no idea really what effects these stimuli have, or don't have, at this time. The other 99% of YT's Binaural content seems made by the same guy somewhere who has been up for 6 years straight snorting 432Hz ASTRAL DNA CRYSTALS pumping out like 200 videos a week.
Ideally, we would be experimenting with these frequencies and combinations thereof, and using these comment sections for experience reporting. Ideally... Thanks Jody I'll let you know how it goes.

this genuinely worked for me, i have tried so many videos in hopes of sleeping better but they all sound annoying and are coupled with music, and honestly just make it harder for me to sleep. i often have periods of times where i can only sleep in 1-3 hour increments (finals 🥰), and it’s always just shitty sleep that i wake up during so much and honestly the only point i do sleep is cause i don’t want to deal with intense sleep deprivation. listening to this when falling asleep was so much different for my 3 hour “sleep” last night. i didn’t wake up a single time, and woke up feeling so awake and energized, i had an exam and a presentation and i was so worried that i would do so badly because of my lack of sleep, and i genuinely think i aced it and this helped so much!!!

I stumbled on this last night - didn't notice the 'advanced' message - played it anyway. I struggle with ADHD and insomnia - I'm 57 and really have issues with a foggy mind and falling asleep. I was awake and watching the little markers - relaxed but not sleepy - until it hit delta then I was just gone. I woke up 2 hours later thinking "what just happened - did that ACTUALLY work?!" I was able to fall back asleep and slept until my alarm went off in the morning.
I'm amazed! Thank you for these videos. I will be using the beginner video for a while, however. No need to body-slam my brain into sleep! ha!
I'm excited to use the napping and recharging videos as well, as I have issues with drowsiness during my days.

This happened to me and I continued hearing the tones, fell into a semi-dream state and the next thing I know, I felt, hand on heart, like I levitated off my bed. I remember I panicked because I didn't know what was happening. Next thing I knew, I was violently vibrating as if an earthquake had struck and I fell back down. It was scary at the time as I didn't know what this phenomenon was but I believe I astral projected (temporarily) This happened a while ago and I've tried to replicate it since but to no avail. I think the fear of the unknowing is holding me back.

This stuff really is no joke. I have tried the beginner for about a month and went over to this as I was having some trouble getting back to sleep and within 30 minutes I was deeply asleep. More very vivid dreams (not entirely great but not nightmares) and I awoke to having a wd (which I haven’t had in years) and over 2 hours had gone by and it was time to get up. Since trying these binaural beats I have felt that on nights where I get deep sleep I just feel so much better with more energy in the day! Just odd how the first time I use this “advanced” mode I was out like a light and have the other thing happen. This stuff is powerful.

Attention those of you here experimenting with this. Here's a few tips to help you out. 1. You must have stereo headphones or ear buds. 2. You want to listen to this really quietly. Less than 1/2 volume. Listen to 1 side then the other. When you hear both sides together, find the LOWEST setting that allows you to still hear the illusion of vibration. Think for a minute. This is not like listening to music. It's exposing your brain to auditory vibrations. You shouldn't have to think about it. It's just there in the background

Then woke up after 5h (this I realized later when I saw the clock) feeling reasonable rested, I even though on standing up, but saw the clock and it was still around 5am. So decided to stay in bed, and fall asleep again. At this point (I think) I had all kind of nightmares, waking up now and then after an 'episode'. At the end it was an experience, probably will give it a try more times and see what comes out.. (by the way, I never tried it before, so this is the first time I really listen to this kind of things)

All the information needed to know exactly what we are hearing in both ears and the binaural result in the center and what range the tones fall in and what effect they can have. Too often we have to search for this information in the write-up below the videos only to find it missing all too often. I think it's most likely like a visual illusion but psychological, you don't really hear the sound it's just the brain that keeps activating the location where it was stimulated for a long time, though now I am not sure if it's a good thing or not.

First, I began to visualize the most intense moments of the day: sunset in St. Petersburg, a trip to the park, the smell of a bakery, and more. All this was absolutely chaotic, I did not control it. Then I appeared in various places, I could control space and time. Fundamental thoughts and ideas began to come to my head. After about 9:00 the effect began to decrease. At 13:00 I opened my eyes. It was amazing, I did not experience anything like this in a sober state. Very similar to the effect of marijuana. Next time I will try to combine. But now living with ordinary thoughts is extremely boring. Thanks for the experience, I will study the topic.

I have a brain tumor in my hypothalamus. If you don't know where that's at, give it a quick google search. It's the center of your brain pretty much, but, with that being said it means I am very sensitive to sounds and I see many colors when I listen to music, it sounds stupid but I really am extremely sensitive to music, I can't listen to just one genre, my imagination becomes flooded with so much that I need to find music to channel it. Well, When I listened to this, from 7:20 to 10:05 I had goosebumps, but I thought nothing, then at 11 until 35 minutes I was completely relaxed and felt nothing. 41:18 til the end I was seeing colors and feeling extremely sad. Lilly Ann Buchanan Cannot blame you, this stuff has a strong effect on some people, it just depends on what you are into. For me, it is facing the unknown and conquering fear. That comes in handy pretty often.
