1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
For the Dressing:

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Is there a substitution for the feta cheese? I’ve never cared for feta cheese thank you so much.
if you're not a fan of feta, you can substitute it with Goat Cheese, Mozzarella or Avocado (it adds creaminess without the strong flavor of feta)
