I sell residential HVAC and tough, direct questions are key to providing 5 star service. Someone is going to live in that house for years, and someone will use their HVAC system for that time. The tough work up front ensures a sound investment. Glad to see you’re all doing the same for your clients. 🤙🏼

Great job Mahe ! I am curious, in your years representing buyers, how many times did you guys experience a home failing a home inspection?

There’s no pass vs fail really and every home results in findings, even new construction homes will result in a finding. That said, we’ve sold about 50 or
So homes in the last year and, without pulling our actual data, less than 10 cancellations. I’d say that’s even too much, but I’m the last several
Months the market has been changing causing more cancellations.

    Quick question.. true or false:
Back in the day, the rules where you have to at least be a resident of Hawaii before you can actually buy property.

Here’s an idea-don’t buy in Hawaii unless you’re an islander. Don’t be part of the exploitation of Hawaii. Visit and love the place and then return home.

Step #9: Consider what a rip-off everything is in this state, and strongly consider buying elsewhere.
