Maui No Ka Oi! Please keep in mind every time you hear this said that Maui County includes three other islands. I lived on Oahu twice, the first time in the mid-1950's. The second time from 1959 to 1961. The first time I visited Molokai, which is part of Maui County, I knew this is the place. My wife and I started with a condo. In March 2019 we closed on a house. We've lived here full time ever since. As Ted Kanemitsu advised back before my wife and I bought the house: "Don't try to change Molokai. Let Molokai change you." I consider myself a better man because we took Ted's advice. At seventy-five, I dearly love this island. It's people are the best I've ever observed anywhere. Such an informative video. This is definitely the kind of information that would have helped us tremendously when we first started to look into moving to the Hawaiian islands. Ultimately settled on Maui with the help of Mahe :) Also, love the tip on just flying to Honolulu for regular medical check ups. Never even considered this option (it gives me a convenient excuse to give Dustin to visit Oahu). - Marie
Hi Derek, I just found your channel a few days ago and love it! I left you a message yesterday on your Living in Waianae video. I hope you will read it and have a good laugh. Please tell me your thoughts. I have many, many stories from a Haole perspective over 40 years ago. I know you are a very busy man, but if you are curious about anything, I would greatly enjoy sharing my crazy/funny stories. Aloha to your wife and family! Kim
I feel so blessed I got to spend time on Molokai. I always wanted to visit since I was a kid and saw an article on Kalaupapa and had to be there to know what happened. It was a a visit I will never forget. If you live in the Islands I would highly recommend a visit. I thought it was the perfect island. We were married on Big Island and have been there 3x. We’ve been to Kauai 2x. Never been to Maui was not drawn to it. Love the Big Island, love Kauai, love Molokai. Can’t pick a favorite. Only had favorite moments on each of them. Aloha! 🌺
@@movingtohawaii : Been to Oahu, Big Island, and Maui, and plan to go to Kauai this December. Focusing on the four islands makes sense, and while I was pleasantly impressed with Oahu, I think Maui is the sweet spot for me (and hope Kauai will be great - for less touristy stuff)
We ended up choosing big island. Love it here chill vibes and somewhat affordable (Not really). We did kona side but the island is so diverse and calm and safe place to live. Seems like lots of peeps from Oahu moving to big island.
Enjoy your content you are spot on about each island. I have a small condo up in Waimea on the Big Island, we love it as our little piece of paradise to vacation. Plans are to retire in Hawaii but are torn between Oahu and Big Island!
Same here! We have the debate about Oahu vs Big Island amongst ourselves often. Usually, we end up saying a place on each island to call home is best 😂 Care to share any pros and cons you thought of?
@@movingtohawaii Derek, I think the pros of the Big Island are less populated and less tourists. You get most of the amenities of Oahu but on a smaller scale. The Cons are driving. People complain that there is to much traffic on Oahu and yes the roads are busy, However the Big Island does have less traffic but it’s so spread out that you are driving longer. If I want to go from my Condo in Waimea to Costco in Kona it’s an hour drive. We do love Oahu and Being in the Military there are advantages to being on Oahu. We try and get back to the islands twice a year, and every time we get back to Oahu we find something new to do that he have not done in the past. I always tell people to try not to spend to much time in Waikiki if they want to experience the culture. I also tell them to be respectful to everyone and leave the mainland attitude back on the mainland. Kauai is also one of my favorite islands that we love to visit, we initially wanted to buy a condo there but not much inventory in our price range so we chose the Big Island. Maui I have visited a few times, it’s Beautiful but it feels like the majority of the people there are visitors and you miss out on interacting with locals. Maybe it’s just a vibe I get but part of why we love our place in Waimea on the Big Island is we can go to Longs or any restaurant and we always see locals and end up talking and just enjoy the small talk. Sorry I rambled but I just love Hawaii! I get so many people reach out to me when they are going and I always try and tell the the do’s and don’t so they enjoy themselves and yet be a good visitor! Aloha
For as big as the airport is in Oahu there are very little food options at the airport. I highly recommend bringing food for any long flight out of Oahu.
Loved the video. Very helpful. Yes I'm a haole transplant. I came with tuna industry. I captain tuna longliner out of pier 36 by the tuna auction at pier 38 in Honolulu . In 6 years I have not gotten much travel in except a hawaiian natives in oahu and Maui that are captains as well. I love the hawaiian culture and heritage and I hope to get involved in getting more true Hawaiians back into the local fisheries. So most likely stay based in oahu but travel to all islands bottomfishing and tuna and donate fish to locals and participants. Thanks for video I will be contacting you when I look for home to buy soon. Mahalo
Wow, Jonathan, you’ve got a unique experience! Thanks for sharing your hope and vision to contribute to the community. I think sustainability, food resilience and stewardship are crucial topics that everyone living in these islands should practice.
I've been in the Islands for 50 years, most of that time has been on The Big Island after spending 5 years on Oahu a few weeks on Maui ( all I could stand ) and the rest on My Island. My Mom is from Hilo and a DeMello, my Dad was a deck officer on the Lurline Matson ship that is long gone. I made one trip on the Lurline to and from the Big Island. I was born in 1939 in Alameda California came to Hawaii to live and we were told to leave in 41 during the summer because war was coming. We moved back to Alameda California an that is where I was raised, went to school graduated from Alameda High in 1957, joined the Marine Corps in late 57 and after that moved to San Jose Calif worked for Honda Motorcycles then moved to Hawaii in 1968 and the rest is history. Spent 6 months on Oahu and was sent to Hilo to take over the Hilo store and fell in Love with the Big Island. Oahu was too crazy, but fine since I was young, Maui was too yuppy, but the Big Island fit my life just fine and I did very well in the business world and my personal life plus I was around family. My Mom came back to Hawaii years before I got here, my first trip was in 1962 and I thought it was paradise and decided to make it my home, it took a few years but I have no regrets at all, now I'm 83 and still here along with my two kiddo's who are in their 30's.
Nice comment. I am planning to move to Maui in about 10 years. You said it was "yuppy". Could you please elaborate on why you didn't enjoy your time in Maui?
Very informative video. I think you should have spend a bit more time on the big island. It’s in a boom cycle and people are flooding into kona areas. I would think this island will be the major destination for future residents. It really has it all except major hospitals and huge malls and city night life. Which are hardly a deal breaker. The size of hawaii and having such diversity makes it an top choice.
Curious to know what timeline you have for Big Island becoming the major destination for residents. Is this dependent on commercial development (like a huge mall/shopping)? Residential development? Thanks for sharing!
Agreed! I went and lived on Hawai'i for four months last year and by the time I was leaving it was getting more and more crowded and rent prices were going through the roof, which of course the locals weren't happy about at all. It had a lot to do with the fact that due to covid people were getting transitioned into work from home jobs, thus being able to move wherever. Many companies realized they can make that an option permanently, so all of these work from home people decided "hey! why not move to Hawaii?" - it is the dream place to live in the united states. But since those people likely make significant amounts of money, they can afford the rent price hikes, unlike the locals working local jobs.
Kauai is my favorite Island. I lived on Oahu from 1980-1991... The best times of Oahu are gone. I would not move their again. I plan to buy home on Maui. Kauai is a little too small. But I love it.
Oahu is my favorite because this is where I was born and raised: it literally has everything here except for the Mauna Kea on the Big Isle. You have the most medical professionals living here who can attend to your medical needs/problems. Of course, Oahu is where the majority of the people live~~"Gathering place." You have a multiplicity of musical productions, shopping malls, ethnic restaurants, etc. Of course, because we all have individual choices, Hawaii state gives you a great selection to live on as well as visit. Have visited the Big Isle, Maui, Kauai, Lanai, and Molokai. Never been to Niihau and Kahoolawe. Thanks for sharing your island data to me and the world. Me ke aloha pumehana, Robert S.J. Hu March 29, 2022.
Yes are correct !!!!! We'd have almost everything too !!!!!! But what about a sizzling and active volcano like Kilauea ???? We can't have everything here on Oahu !!!! He-he-he !!!! Lucky we live in Hawaii !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Robert Hu March 30, 2022.
Hilo seems like a nice area, I’ve lived windward side Oahu back in the late 90’s. So a rainy climate with a low population and good shopping sounds good to me.
I'm in leilani estates in Pahoa and have friends that are real estate agents living in leilani and Hawaiian paradise park. Lots are being cleared as fast as the bulldozers can run. Home values have more that doubled in the last ten years. The state is doing what it can to deal with the increase in traffic, but everyone sees that its going to get worse. Come spend a week.
@Mark Landers So in short, Hilo is on pace to look like Ewa/Kapolei? Sounds crazy, but then again, it's Hawaii real estate! Also, we do plan on having a lot more neighboring islands on the channel so Hilo is most def on the list. Maybe link us up with your agent friends?
Im planning to moved with my daughter and son very informative more I do my homework about Hawaii not anytime soon but a goal I would love to raise my family there thank you for the videos you guys do a good job .
I haven't looked to see if someone has asked this already. What's it like if someone came from mainland in a converted van to live in? Which island would be more welcoming to van dwellers?
Molokai is a rich suburb of Maui, and this aspect is gaining steam. The wealthy people are just hidden away. The normal people are visible because most live on the main roads.
Wanted to die with that question about if there's an app for knowing who not to date (Molokai). True, you just know!!! We know who everybody is and who their families are, who their ancestors were, and how many different ways we could be related.
cess pools are no longer allowed, and the Big Island is very easy to live on. You stay away from the flow areas, like I said I've been here 50 years, seen flows that were very bad but never lost anything. You need big bucks to live on Oahu, Maui and Kauai, but can live fine on the Big Isle in the Kau district, great place to retire but jobs are far and few between. You can make a good living in the service area of business, I had a Auto detailing business for 18 years and did very well, now I publish a motorsports magazine and I'm 83.
@@movingtohawaii Oh sorry, I’m from the mainland, Portland Oregon to be exact! I had never been to Hawaii before this past week and it’s easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. But sounds like I have to visit Oahu next from the videos I watched 😅
They way I have always described it to people, Oahu is more the city life, Maui is like the suburbs, and the other islands are more like out in the country.
It seems strange to me that if the big island was the first to be populated by Polynesians how Kauai has the most ancient terracing and temple sites. Alex Pua on Molokai says that when the Polynesians arrived the terracing and temples were already built. I secretly recorded a conversation I had with Kieth Robinson and he said he could loose his land (10,000 acres in Wainiha) if archeologists new what was out there. Just Kalalau valley alone should be reason enough to reevaluate the age of the ruins on Kauai. I've found ten ton boulders moved into place and used in the construction of Kalalau and evidence of intentional destruction is everywhere. The entire island should be a UNESCO heritage site.
I’ve been binging these videos since yesterday, and there’s a lot of useful information, but I’m also kind of bummed out about it. I have Hawai’i Māoli ancestry and have been wanting to relocate there since my daughters were born, but is kind of like everybody just accepts hat Hawai“i is for multi millionaires now. My family has land there I can’t afford to do anything with. Probably going to sell and thinking about moving to Aotearoa.
@@movingtohawaii Aloha Derek! Good morning. I am currently deployed in Kuwait 🇰🇼 and Hawaii is my Island home. I don't care about people in Mainland the way they view Hawaii is expensive. Just remember Hawaii is Tourism Place and people live in Hawaii we have that Aloha Spirit. Mainland people they don't and also certain place in Mainland property are expensive too not only Hawaii. Like I said Hawaiian Island is Paradise and good weather. Mahalo 🤙Hang Loose
Wow, I've never heard of the situation with Koho'olawe before. I can't believe the US govt used it as a bombing site! Can't think of much worse ideas than that. The US literally has thousands of miles of pretty much uninhabited desert and they decided bombing a small tropical island in the middle of the ocean was the way to go. I can't......
Ya...this might have been your video I liked best. I'm an old man, so moving again is a major debate, that I haven't decided. I can't find one island that 100% fits all my needs and wants. Btw, I grew up rural Montana, very similar to Molokai. 3 hour drive just to get to any larger store (like a Foodland). Anyway, I had to laugh at that, "Don't date your cousin." Not many get that joke. That's rez-dawg humor. You need to have lived in such an environment.
Well, hey, there is a small private airline company that goes between like 3 or 4 islands, which I've heard is only $60 for a trip (or was a bit over a year ago. who knows now..) so getting over to a nearby island for the needs that aren't met on the one you've chosen isn't super hard or expensive.
Island hopping is easy? Are you kidding? Just spent FOREVER trying to find a quick way to get from Lihue to Lanai City or onto Molokai for a day or two. FORGET IT!! The time it would take to get there and the COST!!!! Insane.... Otherwise, nice video. Informative to those who don't know these things. I especially liked your characterization of Hilo.
Can you make a video about the word *Haole?* Growing up in the south, when I hear this word, I hear the N-word, but for white people... To me, it's the same thing, it's a racist and offensive word and it's unnecessary unless someone is trying to be disrespectful., It's safe to say that almost everyone from the mainland, when considering moving to Hawaii discover that word, they have second thoughts. Especially if they/we have kids.
This word deserves its own video. I’m sure MANY others share your sentiment, Leon. We’re actually in a unique position to discuss this topic because we have people on our team who represent a mix of local, visitor, Hawaiian, Black, White, parent and non-parent. Kind of a mix of everything! Of course, as real estate professionals we’ll have to walk a thin line. Like, razor-thin 😅 Just know, Leon, your point has been received. We are discussing ways to approach this word in a way that doesn’t cross ethical boundaries while providing immense insight that only our diverse team can.
Kauai airport you mixing up with Konas. Kauai is for the outdoors person, zero nightlife. like eat out dinner? better go by 5pm. Kauai sucks if you are young or young at heart. funny to hear the stigma about kauai tho. interesting.
When they talk about Hawaii they make it seem like not racism but more like no matter what island seem like if your not born here you can't live here type of vibes
@@dfkaifleye9946 all material facts are to be disclosed and that is a material fact. I think there’s a statute of limitations or time limit on that but I haven’t committed it to memory if so.
First of all no one lives on Kahoolawe, Ni'hau is privately owned, and 98 percent of Lanai is owned by Larry Ellison so why would you guys do real estate on those islands?
They pointed that out but clearly you typed this comment to boast your knowledge (which everyone knows) before even listening to one minute of the video.
Does anyone realize that Europeans were in Hawaii, long before Japanese and Filipino? Yet, they are considered “transplants”, but Asians are considered “local”?
I have lived on Kauai and later Maui. I moved to Maui for the windsurfing and it was epic. I don’t care about the commercial stuff so I’m thinking of moving back to Kauai. Kauai has way more surf spots than Maui too. The locals can be gnarly though.
I lived in Southern California for a few months and got just ADDICTED to surfing. But like… I moved back home to Idaho and now I just am getting the itch to get to surfing again. So here I am… debating on Hawaii.
Pls don't encourage foreingners to move to Hawaii. We as hawaiians only have the Aina for life. We have been too long being 2nd place to everyone. We as hawaiians should be (nokaoi) meaning #1. You can show off our Aina but pls don't encourage others to invade our living. You see, hawaii has been out priced big time. And its sad to see our people move to the mainland. Terrible. See? You can't buy a place by yourself. Its too expensive. This is my manao to everyone.. everyone has an opinion. You should teach how hawaii was taken over by bloodshed and how our QUEEN was torchered in her own palace. Very very sad. We as hawaiians cry to see our Queen had suffered for her people. Teach the truth and not encourage more people to move here PLEASE. In the name of all HAWAIIANS pls pls. Don't encourage!!! You can show hawaii, but don't encourage ppl to move to any of our Aina. We are suffering terrible high cost and inflation due to ??? I sure you guys know why. I look at NIIHAU & im so happy for them. Thats true living. Awesome!!! Imua HAWAIIANS. May God bless the world...
To Molokai the other islands are shit hole’s 😆 if shit hits the fan, and all convinces go off line we still can hunt & fish for our food. You guys idk… maybe some of you can survive, but most? 😂

- Marie
Marie!! :) 🤙🏽🤙🏽 Mahalo for your comment
Yay!! Another video! And nice to see Mahe featured! Love her!🥰
Aloha Michelle. Let’s connect!
Such great information! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and insight, very helpful for those of us who are still contemplating the move!
Kim
Your videos always answer all of the questions I have. Great content.
That's our mission, Johnson. Mahalo for showing us some love
The look on that deer buck's face when you said hunting🤣🤣🤣🦌🥲 Facinating Facts!!!
Glad yo got something out of this video, Rebecca! So, which island is best for you?
I feel so blessed I got to spend time on Molokai. I always wanted to visit since I was a kid and saw an article on Kalaupapa and had to be there to know what happened. It was a a visit I will never forget. If you live in the Islands I would highly recommend a visit. I thought it was the perfect island. We were married on Big Island and have been there 3x. We’ve been to Kauai 2x. Never been to Maui was not drawn to it. Love the Big Island, love Kauai, love Molokai. Can’t pick a favorite. Only had favorite moments on each of them. Aloha! 🌺
I enjoy this video so much! But...what a mayjah bummer when you talk about the Big Island!
How come?
Love the island comparison. I have been to 3 islands in the last few months, and never been to Hawaii before that.
Been around, yeah! Any comparisons we missed?
@@movingtohawaii : Been to Oahu, Big Island, and Maui, and plan to go to Kauai this December. Focusing on the four islands makes sense, and while I was pleasantly impressed with Oahu, I think Maui is the sweet spot for me (and hope Kauai will be great - for less touristy stuff)
We ended up choosing big island. Love it here chill vibes and somewhat affordable (Not really). We did kona side but the island is so diverse and calm and safe place to live. Seems like lots of peeps from Oahu moving to big island.
Kona is a special place. When did you move there?
This was incredible thank you so much! 🙏
You too are awesome! So natural! Keep doing what you do!
Thank you! Will do!
THIS! Unless you're the biggest Burger King fan, you'll have a hard time finding something good
These two realtors are the most akamai about Hawaii peoples and cultures that I’ve come across on TH-cam.
We just do our best to keep it real. Mahalo as always
So helpful thank you! Where do most families live from the mainland?
Great video, great team!!!🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
We agree!
One of your best yet!
So which island gets your vote?
Planning on moving to Oahu from big island, what are the difference between the different area? Mahalo
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice job guys-I like when you describe the little things like puddle jumping and healthcare. Thank you
You bet! We cover the nuances and details because that's what matters.
Kauai is my favorite Island. I lived on Oahu from 1980-1991... The best times of Oahu are gone. I would not move their again. I plan to buy home on Maui. Kauai is a little too small. But I love it.
Aloha Earl. We have partners on Maui and Mahe knows Maui front and back. Let us know when you’re ready.
Great video! I’m casually looking at renting an apartment in Hawaii. There are some cool job openings there.
Oahu is my favorite because this is where I was born and raised: it literally has everything here except for the Mauna Kea on the Big Isle.
You have the most medical professionals living here who can attend to your medical needs/problems. Of course, Oahu is where the
majority of the people live~~"Gathering place." You have a multiplicity of musical productions, shopping malls, ethnic restaurants, etc.
Of course, because we all have individual choices, Hawaii state gives you a great selection to live on as well as visit. Have visited the Big Isle,
Maui, Kauai, Lanai, and Molokai. Never been to Niihau and Kahoolawe. Thanks for sharing your island data to me and the world.
Me ke aloha pumehana, Robert S.J. Hu March 29, 2022.
Mahalo for watching, Robert. You know, having a majestic mountain like Mauna Kea on O'ahu would be amazing. Then we'd have snow!
Yes are correct !!!!! We'd have almost everything too !!!!!! But what about a sizzling and active volcano like Kilauea ???? We
can't have everything here on Oahu !!!! He-he-he !!!! Lucky we live in Hawaii !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Robert Hu March 30, 2022.
My mother is from kauai. I grew up on Oahu but my favorite island is Kauai. It’s not as westernized as Maui or Oahu. And it’s very beautiful.
Hilo seems like a nice area, I’ve lived windward side Oahu back in the late 90’s. So a rainy climate with a low population and good shopping sounds good to me.
Population in East Hawaii, Hilo and Puna is exploding.
@@SubTerraAlly well, that sucks. 🤦🏽♂️
Are you in Hilo/Puna? Can you share more info, please?! We'd love to hear from boots on the ground.
Great vid
You both are great! Mahalo
5:31 Nice triceps there buddy. You know you just wanted to show it off...HAHA.
Haha that wasn’t the intent but appreciate you!! 🤣
Thank you
Maui was an awesome place to be on in the 50s and 60s and then that that all changed.
Molokai is a rich suburb of Maui, and this aspect is gaining steam. The wealthy people are just hidden away. The normal people are visible because most live on the main roads.
Where do they stay hidden?
@@movingtohawaii you want a map ;)
Wanted to die with that question about if there's an app for knowing who not to date (Molokai). True, you just know!!! We know who everybody is and who their families are, who their ancestors were, and how many different ways we could be related.
Hahaha! I mean, valid question, yea??! I gotta come visit your island but Mahe said no more really hotel
cess pools are no longer allowed, and the Big Island is very easy to live on.
When you have the resources and workflow to make it work, Big Island is a great option. Ka’u huh? The southernmost region of our country 🤙
Just got back from staying on The Big Island for a week and I loved it. Oddly got this recommendation, but love the video. Very informative.
These tech companies sure know how to target lol 😂 When you say "back" where is home? Another Hawaiian island?
@@movingtohawaii Oh sorry, I’m from the mainland, Portland Oregon to be exact! I had never been to Hawaii before this past week and it’s easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. But sounds like I have to visit Oahu next from the videos I watched 😅
They way I have always described it to people, Oahu is more the city life, Maui is like the suburbs, and the other islands are more like out in the country.
Mahalo for not mentioning the best real estate of all, the outer island secret surf spots.
Interesting…
Weren't the ancient galactic people of Mu and Lemuria living on Hawaii before the Polynesians?
I’ve been binging these videos since yesterday, and there’s a lot of useful information, but I’m also kind of bummed out about it. I have Hawai’i Māoli ancestry and have been wanting to relocate there since my daughters were born, but is kind of like everybody just accepts hat Hawai“i is for multi millionaires now. My family has land there I can’t afford to do anything with. Probably going to sell and thinking about moving to Aotearoa.
What about Maui Built?
Forgot about that one!
I choice Oahu because its my home States. Mahalo
Mahalo for watching, Eddie 😄
@@movingtohawaii Aloha Derek! Good morning. I am currently deployed in Kuwait 🇰🇼 and Hawaii is my Island home. I don't care about people in Mainland the way they view Hawaii is expensive. Just remember Hawaii is Tourism Place and people live in Hawaii we have that Aloha Spirit. Mainland people they don't and also certain place in Mainland property are expensive too not only Hawaii. Like I said Hawaiian Island is Paradise and good weather. Mahalo 🤙Hang Loose
Lawlz, the Silva's are like 25% of the population of the state.
😆 I have Silva in-laws in Kalaheo on Kaua`i
Wow, I've never heard of the situation with Koho'olawe before. I can't believe the US govt used it as a bombing site! Can't think of much worse ideas than that. The US literally has thousands of miles of pretty much uninhabited desert and they decided bombing a small tropical island in the middle of the ocean was the way to go. I can't......
Aloha! Good morning
Good morning!
From rural Montana to rural Hawaii, huh? I could see that working! Glad you found tons of value in this particular video, Michael.
Well, hey, there is a small private airline company that goes between like 3 or 4 islands, which I've heard is only $60 for a trip (or was a bit over a year ago. who knows now..) so getting over to a nearby island for the needs that aren't met on the one you've chosen isn't super hard or expensive.
I've always wanted to retire in Hilo.
Kauai has a movie theater and has Costco
But I can understand why you guys do real estate on Maui, Kauai, Big Island, Molokai, and Oahu.
You can do it! But yes, the cost and logistics can get crazy, especially during peak season. Mahalo for watching!
Ironically it’s called the friendly isle. It’s an irony for sure.
Can you make a video about the word *Haole?*
Growing up in the south, when I hear this word, I hear the N-word, but for white people... To me, it's the same thing, it's a racist and offensive word and it's unnecessary unless someone is trying to be disrespectful.,
It's safe to say that almost everyone from the mainland, when considering moving to Hawaii discover that word, they have second thoughts.
Like, razor-thin 😅
Just know, Leon, your point has been received.
Friends why is Las Vegas the 9th Island? Why do so many Hawaiians go to Las Vegas?
🙏😷
When they talk about Hawaii they make it seem like not racism but more like no matter what island seem like if your not born here you can't live here type of vibes
When buying a house in Hawaii. Is it state law that the seller has to disclose if someone died in the house? Asking for a friend 😉
Are you considering the one in Mililani?
No just wondering if it has to be disclosed when buying any house in Hawaii
@@dfkaifleye9946 all material facts are to be disclosed and that is a material fact. I think there’s a statute of limitations or time limit on that but I haven’t committed it to memory if so.
Half da island is unoccupied. Loaded wild pigs and some deer. Love Kauai!🤎
Kalihi 96819 ✌️🤙🏽. 😆
Nice real estate commercial 🤣
I have lived on Kauai and later Maui. I moved to Maui for the windsurfing and it was epic. I don’t care about the commercial stuff so I’m thinking of moving back to Kauai. Kauai has way more surf spots than Maui too. The locals can be gnarly though.
I lived in Southern California for a few months and got just ADDICTED to surfing. But like… I moved back home to Idaho and now I just am getting the itch to get to surfing again.
So here I am… debating on Hawaii.
Well, if you're ADDICTED to surfing, then moving to Hawaii could lead to an overdose. Enjoy responsibly 😉
“An app so you don’t date your cousin…” OOPS
Molokai does have the advantage when it comes to sustainability and food resilience. No doubt!
Eh hire Filipino more better, like Gov. Cayatano. Let's just say we dominate Oahu
Land masses are not living organisms, nice try. Lmao!🤣
I don't think I'll hire a female with choke tats on both arms
