I know you've been told this before, but they way you make sure we are continuously oriented (either by pointing out where we've been, or just by not chopping the video up with disorienting edits and skips) is one of the things that makes your videos yours. I think it's one of the main things that sets you apart and keeps so many of us coming back (that and Maggie of course😂, oh and the waves and the bloopers left in). Really appreciate you Nick. Thanks!
SIXTEEN YEARS OLD - WOW. This demonstrates what a well kept boat can look like after nearly two decades of use. This boat was built to last and has had a dedicated group of folks looking after it - demonstrating what labors of love will do. Thanks to all involved in this sea going palace and to Nick for the tour...
Should go see what Erik Aanderaa is achieving on his channel, in a 30ft dinghy built in 1976! Boat is as old as me ffs, and I’m ancient lol. But yeah, stuff like this just shows how well built boats last for a very long time. And please do visit his channel. I stumbled on it one day after watching one of Nicks great videos. Erik is a real Viking with nerves of steel. He solo sails around the North Atlantic area. Got some great content on his channel, it’s really worth a visit and a like. 👍🏼
Originally delivered in 1995 as a 105' yacht. In 2008 she underwent a new build refit and was launched the following year in 2009, and her length was raised from 105' to 133' during the rebuild. She has continued to have updates and repairs over the years, with $500k+ invested into refits/maintenance/repairs in 2023. This yacht is absolutely beautiful and has had lots of money invested to keep it beautiful. Asking $3.9 million tax included. If I had the means, I'd retire on this thing. Absolutely phenomenal unit. Probably won't see anything else like it for similar price anytime soon.
That’s an incredible yacht you’ve kindly shared Nick. Worth remembering that when some of us viewers are critical of the massively over priced vessels you sometimes show us, it’s because we have been delighted to have been shown around one of this quality at a very well priced asking price. Incredible. Thank you for sharing sir.
Wow!! Absolutely stunning. Craftsmanship is amazing. Thanks for the tour Nick. This one is on a par with the Princess. It’s a privilege just to get on board, if only virtually to get a glimpse in to how the ‘other half’ live. Good luck if you can afford a stunning maritime dream piece. Splice the main brace and heave ho me hearties!! Happy days.
Brilliant tour and a bit of history too. The yacht certainly wears its age well, a testament to the original build quality and the care it’s had over the years.
A truly beautiful yacht, that was a definite WOW factor when you entered the lounge, love the dark wood I think it always looks classy. Very spacious and a great layout. Surprised there was no engine room/crew quarters access from inside the yacht. A great tour Nick thank you.
I am always amazed at how some yachts age, this yacht looks amazing for her age of 16 years or so. Others of the same vintage have completely different interior hatchways and honestly look their age. Well loved or not. This yacht is incredible, her design and structure could have been done yesterday. I wish it got a bit more range considering the price of fuel, but I still would not complain. I honestly would not hesitate considering price and condition. Truly outstanding, wonderful, thank you.
Quite possibly my favorite thing about this beauty, that flybridge! That's probably where the majority of my time would be spent, while underway or anchored!
Haven't commented for some time, but this caught my eye. For 2008 this is a really classy build. Great coherence with the relatively restrained decor. The finish on the woodwork and cabinetry is immaculate. It exudes luxury without demanding attention (maybe the horns are an exception). I'm sure those on board are more than confident and with a wry smile when being passed by loud show off "party" boats, that this vessel is THE place to be.
Originally built in 1995! Was issued a new build certificate in 2008 though, completely redone. Also went from 105' in length to 133' in length during that rebuild.
🦘🇦🇺 Thanks Nick for another great tour. Interesting to see just how quickly styles & finishes change over time. Even though it’s only 16 years old, it’s taking on the appearance of a classic yacht. 🙏
Wow Nick Wow, That is a empresive show you bringing us this time a Broward from 2008 and it looks great the cockpit but more when you go in to the living a classic interior everywhere on this yacht even the crewspaces. The master on the maindeck big with a gaint bathroom but below that double suite in the bow i like even more then unique a single room one twin and 2 doubles all ensuite the galley with almost everywhere fridge drawers proffesion style great Thanks Nick the wow factor on Superyacht Sunday
wow she is stunning. I love the wood through out. It gives that old fashioned look which is my favourite. Its a floating home, you could happily live on board her. I think I would have the VIP cabin with the stairs as my room. Just incredible. She is now my favourite yacht of 2024. Now my Sunday is complete with this video. Thank you so much Nick for taking us on a tour of her
This is a beautiful well-maintained yacht, especially for the price, @ 133' I was expecting a sun deck. I guess that explains the price. Great job Nick. Thanks
Never been a fan of high gloss wood as is a nightmare for crew to maintain but this is pretty nice. Rather have a SS kitchen but top prize goes to the VIP cabin, with a tub too. Top tour Nick.
The bridge or main helm is the worst area on the whole boat. Horrible View with slanted windshields that let all the light right on your equipment. In bad weather this would be a nightmare to drive.
@@brianmiller6443 That's the camera exposure showing that, it's a non-issue. Even if it is, It's a 4m+ boat that I'm paying someone else to pilot - not my problem I'll enjoy the aesthetics lmao
You always amaze me with your tours. I enjoy them all but I must say, this is my favorite yacht by far. There wasn’t ANYTHING I did not like about it. Thanks for sharing!
I have just watched several of your superyacht walk-throughs. They were over $20 million. They didn’t hold a candle to this beautiful Yacht. I guess what everybody wants to know, is what’s the catch? Is the hull shot? did it need new engines and generators? It certainly didn’t look like it. Occasionally, you really do find gold. The owner and the crew are obviously very proud of this beautiful vessel. What an absolute bargain Nick. Thank you for presenting her to us. 👍
Loved it! I am a fan of dark gloss wood. I know, I know, it isn't popular now. But, I'm not either. It fits me. Excellent price, too. Thanks, Nick, another great tour of an interesting boat
Beautiful traditional boat, and I’m not usually a fan of acres of glossy wood. Fantastic layout. Forward visibility looked awful from the bridge though. You’d want to run it from the flybridge nearly all the time I would have thought.
I like how the cabins are not identical, it gives them each their own character. The design also is a great nod to traditional styling but still feels very contemporary for a 2008 boat.
Nicest Broward I've ever seen. Bob told me he would love to get a older Broward and fix it up especially to his grandmother's standards but it would have to have the Broward infamous cou try kitchen they invented. Detroit Diesels too. Just get it updated but keep it original. This yacht has definitely been refitted few times. That is the nicest most practical Broward I've ever seen.
That is lovely and looks even better on a rare sunny day here in Sussex. Definitely a shoes off policy with those carpets. Thanks as always Nick for brightening the week 😊👍
Classy boat as is, but add the wood work into the equasion, you have serious class. The lower Vip cabin would be my choice for taking my ugly sleep. The beauty sleep wasn't working out.😄
Stunning boat, beautifully maintained. Not sure I understand the single guest cabin. Thank goodness they have that upper helm since visibility on the bridge is a bit lacking. Hate the apparent single access point to crew area from the swim platform. If you get caught out in some heavier seas/rougher weather it could be a bit dicey. Love the crew area once you are in. Love the laundry/utility room where it should be and not hidden in a near inaccessible location. Great tour of a great boat, thanks Nick.
Well, I am known for being a bit of a dimwit, but I had no idea of the connection between Broward and Bob Denison's family. Thanks for educating me, Nick! Great tour as per. Thanks for that.
Wow. Talk about ''Never judge a book by its cover.' This is a great yacht, especially for a 133' length. I love the old-style interior and it offers so much for under $6.4 usd***. If I had the $$$, I would refit the yacht by expanding the boat a bit and offering more places to lay out in the sun, updating the navigation system, and installing a beach club in the back; I would also consider a more updated exterior. Update: ***ATM: Price is $3.9 Million usd tax included.
This boat is sheer opulence Wow and that sun deck with the bar and hot tub O M G , for me i don’t usually like the dark wood but it suits this boat so well thanks Nick i really enjoyed this one 👍👍👍
G'day Nick, back to old skool cool with this offering, all marble and high gloss. Impressive galley!! that's ment for serious cruising or charter catering. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this one 😎 Cheers DougT
Lovely boat and a good tour Nick but it somehow felt a little clipped, you did not say your usual "all areas" and you did not mention several items which might have been interesting. Steps with hidden storage, ladder up from the boat deck where just two. Where you under a time limitation perhaps.
Lovely boat and review. Nice to see something different too and very liveable! And yes, I spotted that pull-out sunblind aft of the spa pool. But all beautifully finished and (clearly) cared for.

Absolutely marvellous! Amazing use of space, lovely finish, great range. Superb.
I wasn't expecting that flybridge to be so splendid: it's almost a conservatory. With a few more plants . . .

I fell in love until I heard the cruising range! What a beauty though thanks Nick!
Out of all the yachts you have shown this one top 5 for sure
I know you would need deep pockets to buy this Superyacht but you are getting a lot of boat for the asking price. Thanks for another excellent tour.
Our pleasure!
WOW ! That is unbelievable ! Definitely a favorite of the year so far !! Thank you Nick !
My pleasure!
Definitely my kind of yacht, even the more expensive don’t do it for me. This is the style I would go for.
Never been a fan of high gloss wood as is a nightmare for crew to maintain but this is pretty nice. Rather have a SS kitchen but top prize goes to the VIP cabin, with a tub too. Top tour Nick.
At this price I was impressed. Very nice. It's at a sweet spot between being casual and being elegant.
this yacht was really just beautiful inside . liked it werry mutch. brilliant video nick .
Thank you! 🙂
now THAT is my style of boat. love all of the wood. stunning little ship. thank you Nick, this one is most definitely top shelf.
My pleasure!
I love these more classic/traditional boats. Style never goes out of fashion ❤
True that. 🙂
As always on the big boats, the bridge is the best area. The floating hotel is just a bonus
The bridge or main helm is the worst area on the whole boat. Horrible

Thanks Nick. Always a pleasure. 😊
Woohoo 🎉! That ‘FLY’ bridge is awesome 🎉 what a fantastic way to spend time on your boat ,,,,,,, in your own Cocktail bar👍⚓️
What a beautiful work of art

I would live on it.
Wow so much space! Love how the lower deck isn’t a long straight hallway and the wardrobes are adjacent to the bath
Loved it! I am a fan of dark gloss wood. I know, I know, it isn't popular now. But, I'm not either. It fits me. Excellent price, too.
Thanks, Nick, another great tour of an interesting boat
I"m glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Any chance of a video of a really classic yacht of 100 years of age or so? If you can find one!
I kept expecting Nick to find Blofeld's white cat! Something very Bond about this boat!
Nick, would you make a video please, reviewing the Keelcrab robot to clean the hull? Could it be?
On the aft upper deck, you pan up and I realize that the boat your on is the smallest 😅😅👍 nice tour Nick, she's a champion
Very nice to be in the classic category
Beautiful traditional boat, and I’m not usually a fan of acres of glossy wood. Fantastic layout. Forward visibility looked awful from the bridge though. You’d want to run it from the flybridge nearly all the time I would have thought.
This is the most beautiful yacht yet. Its perfect. So much room and so tastefully done up. This its the best so far. Stunning. Thank you Nick.
Glad you like it!
Yes, yes and yes. What a beautiful boat Nick, one of the nicest in a while and given the age it's immaculate.👍🏴
I"m glad you enjoyed it 🙂
That boat is massive and so well built. It hides its girth very well. Quite a catch for the right buyer.
Beautiful...great deal for the right buyer...
Stunning nick thst yacht really is
Absolutely beautiful yacht 👍
Wow! It may be an "older style" boat in its design but it is truly magnificent and stunningly beautiful!
Beautiful boat, I'm surprised the range isn't better but other than that no complaints😂
That sems like a lot of boat for the money. Very Nice.
Very nice indeed!
Definitely has the Wow factor. As the owner, I think I'd choose the lower cabin, especially for stability underway. Thanks for the tour!

Great boat and tour. Good price for such a nice boat. 🇦🇺 😊
I like the crew area on this one, opening up on to the bathing area, crew can take real fresh air if they feel shut in now and then.

Whoever designed this boat certainly knew what the sea could do. The ''safety first'' rule is noticeable throughout the ship.
