I am probably in the minority, but I honestly enjoy watching the more mundane things like laundry, grocery shopping and dining in a different city. It strips away the veneer of tourist sites and shows a snap shot of everyday living in these cities.

I think there are more people that like/need this than we know.

Ryan, I am 66 years old and still working my life away. I only have 3000 dollars in my savings. I only get 1065.00 a month so I cant really retire. I have to work a 30 to 35 hour shift at Academy as a cashier. I'm on my feet from 6 to 8 hrs at work. I wish so much I could just buy a van, quit my job and just do what your doing. I was already subscribed, but this convinced me that my subscription was a good call. I loved this: the silence, the mundane, the day to day, etc. Life isn't always these crazy huge moments, and it's often the little stuff in between. This video highlighted that. Keep up the good work!

What seperates you from these other on the road off grid videos is that you are real. You show just how it is and don't hide the reality. You don't seem fake and thats a big plus. If you need a shower or have use the restroom you or not shy about it. Your cooking is real and the way you present your lifestyle is unique and appears honest. The first video I watched of you pulled me in as I thought it would be boring and unreal, but it was natural and enjoy to watch. Keep it up.

Loved this silent videos that you put out ,it is so soothing to the ears.
I've lived in my van 70/30 for 4 years, travelling for work. If it wasn't for the 30% spent at home i'd have gone insane a long time ago. Really enjoy your vod's as it shows the reality of van life without the instagram bullshit you get from 90% of other accounts.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. You're doing the every day mundane duties of someone living in a camper van. There's actually a great sense of simplicity and satisfaction of doing things like laundry, washing dishes, running errands, filling up your gas, dumping your grey water and putting in fresh water, etc. Visiting a different city/town/area every day is what it's all about. You might be "alone" but not necessarily lonely. There's a difference

This looked more like life than Vanlife. Same stuff everyone else does but you happen to be in a van. I think this is a wonderful reminder that Instagram vanlife is one instant of life on the road. This is the stuff that happened in between well composed, color corrected pictures or short videos. Glad you posted this 👍

Honestely i think this could be 100% my Lifestyle. Exploring towns and nature while staying in the Van and making some Money working Remotely. Looks like thats the perfect escape from our broken society

I am really glad you show this side of van life as well as all of the other adventures that you have. I traveled with my wife and kids for a few years in a camper and there were a lot of days like this. Things like going to do laundry can take a good chunk of your day. And even though we are pretty close there were definitely times that we did want some peace and quiet or time alone and it was difficult. We aren't traveling at the moment but we do think about going back and doing it again. We learned so much and were able to see so many things. Great work on your videos.

I wasn’t in a van, but I had a pickup and a small (19 foot) travel trailer. I spent two summers (seven months each) traveling the West. I had a great time but sometimes it was a long time between interpersonal interactions. My daughter called me one day and I told her “well this may be a long phone call, because I haven’t talked to anybody in three weeks”. I’d spoken to people, but I hadn’t really had a conversation with anyone. 😂

There's something pleasant about your videos. Most things online are people glamorizing their lives. Posting clips of the best and funniest and most awe-inspiring moments. Its quite, dare i say healing, to just see life from a real life perspective. Reminds me that while there's exciting moments and cool experiences, life is more about making the mandane pleasant and enjoyable. Not about how many countries and vactations you've been on
I Also can see with going state to state, in different time zones, away from family and friends, so the scheduling and situations must to difficult, to have that balance of everything. Love the videos man keep it up 👍
Oh the van shuffle, you have to move things to use things then move them again and again. Hurts especially if your a clutz like me. Been there done that. Miss the hell out of it. Remember, the van is where you live not your identity. Focus on your next highest joy bro, You got this!

Honestly its no different than what i do on my days off at home . I think there's pros and con's to everything. Got to take the good with the bad. But i definitely would like to live in a van . I absolutely will too , but i do think that life isn't for everyone. I knew people who lived like that and couldn't do it. I think that's why i like your videos , they just seem normal and just being you. Keep up the videos 🤜🤛

Still the life mate, not having a 8-5 behind a desk and rush of traffic for what, I do understand the what your saying, but enjoy every second while you can. We life every day and only die once. That is life.
2 hot tips for you. After eating and cooking wipe your dirty's with paper towel before washing them up. Uses much less water and keeps your grey water tanks from smelling. Two cover your mouth when sneezing, stops snot flying everywhere:)

Me and my girlfriend just stumbled on your videos. Branching out from the van, doing some hiking, making fires to cook on, maybe more fishing and foraging. Getting your girlfriend in on it. Trying to wilderness ideas, making cooking adobe setups, trying out different things you learned online to use out in nature. Branching out from the van and using tech to play xbox at your campsite. So many things you can do. I had no interest in half these things until later life and learned there is so many different avenues. I think it's awesome what your doing and watching a video, vicariously, living through someone else experimenting and learning them is cool. If your an amateur at whatever it is, people will watch it and watch you learn. Also, they will learn, I can do that too. More props to your efforts. Also, to emphasize, you should bring her along too. Traveling and being estranged in a relationship sucks. Make this a life worth living not a job. Edit: take a kayake or boat down a river, go fishing, dive in the ocean for lobsters and muscles, hunt the woods for edible mushrooms, try a fruit from a cactus, visit a ghost town, try adding local edible foliage to your food, show the process. Meet with the people of the area. Own being a novice. 😀
This is important. The older I get the more I learn not only are there unknowns. Whether it be stories, new things to learn, scientific discoveries etc. There are a significant amount of unknown unknowns. These can be learned from people and their perspectives, but also, they include new things to learn and learn why there is a passion to learn. 🙂
We all have to brave ourselves outside of that which we regioned. Always a new adventure.

I’ve been on the road since 2017 doing van and truck life. Not sure if it’s just me but thought of living in a home or apartment isn’t appealing to me. The thought of being in one place kinda freaks me out. I have peace knowing I can pack up my rig and hit the road in 20 min. What people don’t see is the mental aspect, bathing, laundry and where to park safely. It’s a lot but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Great video 🤙🏼

One key thing about van life is one that one reason why i wanna live in that kind of lifestyle. Doesnt have to mean your strictly gonna be alone for weeks on end, just means you can go anywhere. A house on wheels, you dont have to stress on rent, or have loud neighbors or the big upkeep of a full ob house.
Also i have a vidro idea, you should do a full on gaming area thats more suited to your van setup, when you wanna watch someone on you bed on your monitor, you should get a monitot arm thats able to move closer to you in bed and be able to put it back where you sit in front of it, and maybe even add a gaming pc for morr versatility on the games you can play. Then buy a wireless mouse so you can still use your pc while in bed, its what i do in my house.

I really like the POV driving scenes. I wouldn't mind if you made a video or two where you just drive with the camera on your chest like at 2:13 and talked about random stuff. It would have been a perfect video to put on and fall asleep to.
