It is so nice to see you both. You know I am 58 years old & am a Homeshare provider so I work from home. I am just now learning to take breaks sometimes naps & being okay with it. The predetermined have to do this syndrome we have in our society sucks. I wish I learned it earlier that it is okay to just be. Have a great week.
Yes to a stuffy a long!! I got the Mouche and Friends book for Christmas and can’t wait to knit something from it
Sue and Chelsea, so nice to have a new video from you. From when I first saw Sue on Periscope many years ago I have enjoyed her enthusiasm for fiber arts. You both are blessed to have such a loving relationship. Thanks for keeping me company. I look forward to the next one. ❤
Kaffe is pronounced Kaf with a long a. I’ve been thinking of recovering my grandmother’s rocker with a Kaffe fabric. Fabulous for quilts!
Pro tip: if you download the book on your kindle and then put your kindle on airplane mode you can keep the library books as long as you want and it still gets returned from your phone so other people get to use it too 🤗
Good to know
Oh boy now I need to knit that hat and make a jelly roll blanket. Between you and the yarnhorder I did not stand a chance.
AWESOME! Thank you so much for the tip!!! 🙌🏼
I agree with the closed captions! When my kids were babies we turned on closed captions and had the volume turned down so they could sleep better. When they got bigger we never turned them off. Both of my kids started reading before they got to kindergarten. Simply amazing. Closed captions for the win! 😆
You two crack me up 😂 my gramma always tells me how much I’m becoming like her, then immediately goes “HOW SCARY” lol
Love catching up with you again for a cosy chat while I knit!! 💚
I am so glad you are posting videos more often 😊 always lovely to spend time with you both ❤
As always, you provided some chuckles here:) Sue-your cardigan is gorgeous!
Sugar is hard. I did go gluten free due to an intolerance about three years ago. It makes a huge difference for my autoimmune. You don't miss things that hurt your body once you get away from them. All the best! Kimberly
Yes, please have a chicken along! I need to make one. You guys are so much fun,
As a person who grew up on a family farm, there is an enormous difference between putting a suffering animal down, and slaughtering an animal for food - these scenarios are not even comparable. I am a vegetarian ever since I was a girl (I'm now 64) because of the latter.
I like a 50 gram DK skein even to go with a sock set (instead of 20 gram). It lets me make the leg longer on the socks.
Glad to hear you are going to fix the lighting. Hard to see true colorways when the lighting is dark.
I love you two so much lol I wish so desperately we were all family friends and could have dinner together regularly lol
What are those little flowers behind you guys??
I got to spend 2 hours today knitting with my friend Chelsea! 😊 Sue I completely get everything you said about dyeing yarn and needing to sit, but even when you are sitting you are still working.
AHHH! it was a GREAT Friday 🥰🥳
I had a rooster that was attacking all of us, including my daughter when she was about 4. We were living in fear of ever going outside. So, i processed him early one morning before anyone else was awake. HOWEVER, my daughter saw me bring the plucked and eviscerated carcass into the kitchen, put two and two together, shouted "IS THAT PENELOPE?!" and hasn't eaten chicken since. She's 10. 🤦
I made a chicken. It was so fun.❤
You mentioned the support chicken is out in a crochet version. I've been waiting for it. Where can I find it? I looked on their site but it doesn't mention it. I need a whole flock of them. 😂
I just found it. Lol
@@sheripeeples haha! yay!! it looks like it might still be in testing. I saw it on their most recent post on Instagram!
It's available in ravelry. I was just reading it. Now to pick out some to start my flock.
Yarn-pick out yarn. Jeez
Hmmm, is this video dark or is it just me?
I was thinking the same thing. I love watching but the last two have been dark
IT TOTALLY IS! We are working to figure this out for the next one, thanks for the feedback!!
this was like knitting with friends..
🥰❤
Looks finished to me…
I kind of pity you in some ways. Lol
Your show is so interesting but you look like you are in the dark. It is so hard to see you.
