The only channel who brings this kind of material, you should just increase a bit the overral video quality because your work is so good and interesting! Cheers from italy
Does that head , piston , cam , affect reliability ? Finally Got my DVR exhaust on you sent and I want some work done on my 500EXC but obviously don’t want to Risk that , thanks.
@@SuperbikeUnlimited I have a 24 that I have close to $25,000. in and you have so much more great/cool stuff in yours!!!! Sorry if it seamed like a jerk question. Thanks Dave
@@SuperbikeUnlimited I would say that you went about as far as you could go with that SMR. With all the best stuff! From your input I did not buy the clamps by the way. Thanks
Good job and such an amazing work on this KTM SMR! I have a few questions and hope you could help me: 1. Which piston did you use? Seems a Je but I'm not sure. Is it possible to buy or is it custom for you? 2. 3D printed intake looks brilliant work, is it your own design? Is it possible to buy or maybe have the STL file to print by myself? Thanks for sharing these upgrades!
@@SuperbikeUnlimited Thanks for your feedback! Could you share who is the piston manufacturer? I've used Woessner in past but I'm not satisfied at all. If you cannot I could understand ;)
@@daveyt4802 There is no question we can make more power with alternate, oxygenated fuels. We may test these in the future, but our goal is to make it fast and not have to invest in that fuel if we can avoid it. If we used MR12, we would make more than 70hp, no question.

Almost 70hp from a single piston engine, definitely impressive.
Thank you! Only 450cc as well.
Do you sell sell kits for these current setup the hp gains for a 450 is insane with this bike
Please keep making videos on this SMR! Super interested to see more results.
You guys are so under subscribed I jus love watching you guys all business 😊awsome!!!
Brilliant work, massive gains percentage wise, favourite video so far - thanks for great content !

Thank you - we're excited to test it!

We don’t expect much in terms of accelerated wear, the only consideration is the added compression.
Just have to make it through a race? Hmmm
excellent job !!!
Very, very good video
I have a 2021 xcf450 I’d love to bring to you for power gains. Also how can I buy the stuff you don’t end up using?
E-mail us - info@superbikeunlimited.com for parts - we do offer these services for customers.

For a lighter piston don’t you have to rebalance the crank?
Ideally, but we were assured this combo has been used with great success without a rebalance. So far, so good here.

It is a custom piston to match the head work.
We are going to be selling the intakes after we test 2 other designs.
If you invested two years of work you don’t Share the file ;)

I liked this. Keep it up!
Maximum performance! Woo hoo! 93 octane with ethanol?
Yes, exactly. Standard E10 fuel.
Been testing ethanol lately. Most are around 5 pts less. Like 10 is 5, etc.
Most guys used VP T4 or MR pro 6 at Shwano WI I attended a few years ago in the SM's.

onko tämä se oikeaoppinen sisäänajo?
We have a break-in method, we don't film that part.
