    im so glad those videos exist and i started finasteride at the age of 23 (i wish i could do it sooner). I WOULD do it sooner but nobody informed me about it,even my dermatologist was like ''meh,nothing you can do about it man''.
    Right now im 29 , and ive experienced NO HAIR LOSS for at least 4 years. Im planning my 1st mini hair transplant in a few months.

    I really appreciate your videos. Very informative. I‘m thinking about a hair transplant when I‘m over 30. Right now I am 24 and my hair status is Nw2 with dense hair. No medication so far in my life. If it stays like that or becomes just slightly worse I think a hair transplant is an option for me. I don’t want or need a straight hairline. Never had one anyway in my whole life but just the temple area could be a bit lower and more shaped. The only downside is that I don’t want to take finasteride. If I see stronger progress within the next 6-8 years I probably will just live with it and will not do a transplant.

    I actually regret something regarding my hair transplant ..... the fact I didn't not do it earlier , it has been fun to see the hair return , but it took a year ++ , something like 1.2-1.5 year to see the full result as the "crone" takes longer and I am a slow grower

    I believe it should be mentioned that 10 years from now, dermal papilla cloning will be available. So mainly the graft management should take this into consideration.

      That's what people used to say back in 2010. They even created a website hairlosscure2020 back then. It's 2023 and there is no dermal papilla cloning treatment that would be at least in the phase 1 of human trials.

      No it's not possible with only minoxidil... unless you are already 50 years old or something..
      Your hairloss will keep progressing if you are not on finasteride (especially if you are under than 40 years old).
      Edit : finasteride is safe and effective. Don't overthink and try it out. You will be perfectly fine. Just start with 0.25mg every other day if you are scrared

    Hai sir i didn't exposed my head to direct sunlight after hair transplant. in my room there is a window covered by curtains i sleep near to the winodow. when i wake up i can feel the sunlight outside the winodow. Will sunlight covered by winodow affects results. I was sleeping under this everyday i wakeup between 9 am - 10 am not longer than that.
    Secondly after the 6 th day of hair transplant i went to buy medicine at that time there was sunlight outside which is a bit strong. I can't park my car in front of medical shop so i Parked some distance away from the medical shop and i need to walk from there to medical shop. I weared a surgical cap and used an umbrella. I suddenly go to medical shop and comes back faster.
    Will these 2 incidents mentioned above affects my ht results in any way

    The biggest and best thing u can do before u get a hair tranplant is get on minoxidil and dermarolling, u would be shocked at how many hairs u can regrow and potencially even save couple thousend grafts if not more, or skip it entirely. Minox plus derma rolling are extrmely powerful at regrowing lost ground. Ofc Im saying this taking into account that u are on finasteride or dutasteride to halt any further loss.

    • @Kush-yk8nc
      @Kush-yk8nc ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Nothing can regrow hairline bro , whatever growth people see , it’s of minitiarised hairs , if someone wants to restore hairline , HT is the only option

    • @akilbarboni4198

      @@Kush-yk8nc lost ground on hairloss is described as cosmetical lost hair that u can easily visualize. Yes chances or regrowing hair on a scalp that vibroses has been set is next to impsossible, but I never mentioned that, all I said was, compared to other medical treatments minox+microneedling is the very best thing u can do to minizime the use of grafts that would have been otherwize went to cover more ground.
