    dapat ang buto may sariling tubig pakulo para mas malasa..saka ilagay sa baboy na palalambutin palang panghuli na po ang atay..gusto ko ang gulay mo ma'am na nilagay

      Salamat po sa comment niyo. Pwede naman po talaga na pakuluan ng mabuti yung buto para yun na ang magiging sabaw. Pero ako po kasi pagkagisa sinasabay ko na ang buto habang pinapalambutan ko yung ibang karne, sa ganun po lalasa at lalasa yung buto sa sabaw ko. At isa pa po, hindi ka naman masyado dinamihan yung sabaw kaya sinisigurado ko sa inyo na malasang malasa yung sabaw ko. Thank you po ulit sa inyo🤗God bless

    Yung dahon ng sili ilagay mo pagpinatay mo na ang kalan enough na yung init na lumuto sa dahon

    mas wet ang sibuyas compare sa bawang so it means mas mabilis masunog ang bawang kaysa sa sibuyas. Kaya kung uunahin ang bawang sa sibuyas mas masusunog agad ito at papait ang luto. I highly recommend to put onion first followed by garlic.. this is also the technique of some culinary expert.
    Everyone must know.

      Thank you sir sa comment niyo🤗Una po sa lahat, ang style po ng pagluluto ko na inuuna yung bawang bago yung sibuyas e minana ko pa po sa magulang ko. Mas malasa kasi ang niluluto ko pag ang bawang ang inuuna kong igisa bago sibuyas at hindi naman masusunog yan kasi babantayan mo naman. Salamat ulit sir. God bless

      @@julietabondoc3103 actually after I watched your style of cooking. tinry ko din po na unahin ang bawang for the first time after I watched your videos and it seems there's a little bit differences lang naman dipende nalang po sa taste buds ng kakain kung preffered nila ang mas lutong luto ang bawang. Thanks for sharing your video for teaching us na tagalan ang pag gigisa at hwag madaliin kasi doon mas lalabas ang tunay na lasa. Love it. God bless din po. Keep up the good work!
