For the Flex A on BRZ, there are only 16 usable clicks starting from full clockwise. Using anything beyond that is unusable and they say can damage it.
*I still think Tein has it wrong. Because on their 16-way adjustment ( it's actually 64 if you installed EDFC ), they say click 16 clockwise. If you don't know where it's already at, it keeps going past 16. So I go full counterclockwise until it stops, then adjust clockwise to find proper damping*
I’m a newbie to coilovers and I’m really thinking of buying a pair but since mi car is for daily I just need to know how is the comfort front a coil to the factory shocks? Is it really bumpy or can be adjust to ride like the factory?
What he’s showing is called dampening adjustment (ride comfort) Since all this adjustment does is let more or less fluid flow through the shock internally, there’s no need to get an alignment
@@joesantos7196 once you install them (coilovers or any new shocks\, if they aren't already installed then you would need an alignment. But Not if you are only adjusting dampening, as was clarified by the above reply.
On my rev 9 coilovers I have them set at full soft and 10 clicks to the right they are nice on 32 way dampening.I'm still tunning them and testing tho I noticed my car has better launch and turning capabilities when fully tight 07 TL type s

Does the adj stop at max?
Hi!
on rear shocks possible set adjusting ? on this flex z for lancer/ralliart?
I thought when you go past 16 clicks those are dead clicks. Correct me if Im wrong Im struggling to understand these coils..
*damping. Not "dempering" or "dampening"
Tien flex z is only 16 way adjustment
Is it the same for the back struts and if so how do I access them on a 350z
You jus put the little plastic in the trunk come extend to that gooofy bar with the z on it
Its 16 either way from the middle..😅
I'm a newbie to coilovers here. Does it need to get alignment when you do this adjustment?

@@nesticles8029 yes thank you
Does it make sense that, on one side I have 30 clicks, and the other I have 32??🤔🤔 I've counted it multiple times...
that's strange
Same to me.
I goy max peeding with damping.. 24 clicks... i want a smooth ride its my daily what should i put it too??

@@gsrjaycee4521i suggest to install edfc and adjust them while driving.
@@MohdYassin-iu7iiEDFC is only for TEIN. But hey, you never know theoretically it should work on other coilovers hmmm 🤔
How soft can I go is the real question
Jump in a pool & you'll find out
Whete is zero😂
