    When I said you could use unsweetened almond milk in place of the banana, I meant to say unsweetened applesauce. ;)

    I mix my pb2 with a vanilla Greek yogurt in a cereal type bowl. Then add chunked up bite size apples with sliced red grapes. Mix & its delicious we call it peanut butter whip. My grand kids love this & ask for it. Also a sliced banana added is good too. Yum 😋

    I love PB2! I use it in smoothies, oatmeal, pancakes, and yogurt. I also use it in baking. I mix it right into my pancake mix then I mix some PB2 with sugar-free syrup (instead of water) to pour on top. Sometimes I'll mix it with the syrup to dip fruit in like apples and bananas.
    I've even used it in stir-fry sauces like a Thai peanut butter sauce.

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's actually the partially hydrogenated that's not good as that's the one that can turn to trans fats. But as with everything, it's the dose that makes the poison. So for me, it's all about moderation and making sure that about 80% of what I eat is whole, nutrient dense foods and the other foods fall into the other 20%. 😊

      Thanks. I'm not diabetic so I can't really speak to that. But with most recipes, you should be able to make modifications.
