I'm sorry bro, but this isn't my specialty. However, if I were to suggest, the design should be minimal, such as a fence plus a box-type one-story base. I don't think there's a 100% safe base design for PvP. What matters most for me is how quickly you can repair it. Specialization should focus on making your turrets stronger and maximizing power output. There's also an option to increase the durability of structures.
