Hey guys, please advise :) I built in a area with oil/polution on way of winter and I want to set up this acid farm for next phase. Will being in an oil zone mess with the farm? Where do I get fresh water to turn into purified water for acid? Should I move to a poluted area near ocean with access to salt water/poluted water?
Can someone tell me why my water pumps are collecting sea water even tho I built them on land and not even that close to water? How far do my pumps have to be away from water to only collect polluted water? Would be nice if someone could help me Nice Video, good explanation 👍
This set up requires manually adding pure water into the bottom water tanks? (where is the omsmosis machine for creating pure water?) Also whats the purpose of the water tank at the bottom of the concrete square? Is it just to old the top water tank higher up?
tank between osmosis and barrel is tank for Impure Acid. u need to produce pure water separately (this will help th-cam.com/video/NZBvmOw2cAU/w-d-xo.html ). or u can deliver it manually into bottom water tanks (which connected to barrels I mean)
@@KIANL-GAMER thanks, I build a mini water staion alongside this acid station of yours and its working well so far. I am by a river so just sopend 5 mins collecting water every few days and store that in a few water tanks
This looks great. I'll try to make a better blueprint than I currently have, as this is so much more functional with a much smaller footprint. My only concern is that when trying to build it back through a blueprint you have to place the "wings" back down to install the water purifier. Wouldn't it make sense to leave the "wings" as part of the blueprint so they can just easily be removed afterwards? Otherwise the blueprint has a habit of breaking or losing count of pieces placed when you try to add the "wing" pieces to place the purifier. This also applies to the water purifiers.
Yes, the side supports you have to place down to allow you to place the filter or the rain catcher. It may be worth a mention/pinned comment that they still need to be there when building this from a blueprint.
Just place the blueprint building via blueprint, not “build”. It will automatically place the building down without manually placing all of the individual pieces
@@Rumaan3012 I've discovered that the "Build" option should be used if you want to partially re-use an old build as you can incrementally build stuff and then cancel the BP and anything created already will stay. The "House Blueprint" option seems to be the best option when you want to replicate the full building from a previous blueprint. It will place all pieces at once avoiding any Overlap errors.
nice tips! already done it exactly as yours blueprint. but i curious what the use of the bottom tank? its just for stand or needed to connect pipe to other?
Can't put the water tanks in the structure. Tried every angle, made sure the walls were pointed out, per the vid, nothing worked. Any suggestions? I've tried this over and over. UPDATE: Got that sorted, now the pumps won't go. Says "cannot place here", tried caps on/off, not going in. Any suggestions?
Literally the same. I’ve re winded the video for an hour and a half and I’ve done everything the exact way he has done it. With the exact material and everything. I make sure the walls are shifted the same way he has them and the tank still does not fit. What a bummer. Maybe they patched it or something idk dude. I must be terminally ill.
@@kyledhaene8935 there was an update few days after this video released - the walls are now looking different too. they changed how walls snap on foundations, there is no inner or outer snap anymore - each wall overlaps the foundation 50%. just build the inner wall to the osmosis thing, worked for me right an hour ago.
great video rely helpful but u missed one step i think you need one more purifier Thow so you can get putrefied water from rain small fix water tank goes to purifier than another storage tank to Baral but helped me a lot
Why does your small concrete half wall have a pure concrete finish? Mine has design in front, and the only concrete finish is the back. Also, I can’t place the second water tank in the vertical section even after following your steps accurately. I also don’t understand why the legs of my water pumps are narrower than the base structure. Yours perfectly fit the base structure, mine cuts through it.
I love this bill but the only problem is the ring collectors are a broken currently and they still haven't fixed them yet. So you're going to have to get water manually disinserted into the tank or take out one or two pumps down by the water if you have a water bill
This would still work in Blackfell, as long as you have contamination where you have the pumps. The oil pulled, is actually not pumped to storage, but you pull it out of the pumps manually as a bi-product of polluted water pumping in an oil field.
@@davidnelson8045 Understood. This design could be improved for ease of accessing all the pumps to pull the oil out manually. That's why I was asking about a design specifically for that.
Hi KianL, I hope my comment will be noticed and thank you so much for all your helpful guides. Just need help here, so at 3:31, I was able to put the first water tank and fits perfectly inside. However I can’t stack another water tank above it. I tried so many things but none is working. Could you please provide some tips? PS: I am on Manibus Novice server and for some reason, our small concrete square wall has a black print on the other side, whereas yours shows both white. Not sure if that’s the issue.
hey. I tested this in the current patch, and this is still possible, but much harder now try to put the water tank on top of the other one without grid snap. I did manage to do this on manibus server P.S. I will update this build soon.
I have no idea how you stack the tanks at 3:30. For me, the bottom tank snaps to grid no problem, but the top tank does not snap to grid at all. The camera has to be positioned absolutely perfect to get the tank to line up where it needs to be, but I can't get it to line up, even in fly mode.
Great vid now Understand why my damn pomp’s in the Blackfell lake produce so much dirty water and less polluted like 4:1 emptying them once or twice a day is horror, especially that backpack don’t have multiple select option! But don!t say that it take 2-3 minutes to install pomp’s, we know how much it take to place it right when game forcing their position fighting with our vision.
I wasted hours and watched this video VERY carefully and I mean VERY VERY carefully and now I see what the problem is, I am stuck at this part as well, at 2:17 if you look very carefully, he is using/or supposed to use a "small concrete square wall" which has a pattern on one side and white on one side with a particular shape. but when he actually puts the wall, it is entirely different, it is white and both sides and does not have a shape, it is just a plain white wall, which is most importantly, THIN. if you don't understand or believe what I am saying, then compare this wall to your own and you will see for yourself. the wall he is using is either a mod or some exploit. I may be wrong, but my observation is correct, at least for me and my game. if I am wrong, please do correct me BUT only after doing this part yourself AGAIN right now just to check. in my opinion I think the devs either did something with this wall or this guy is just using a mod.
The problem im having right now is the osmosis filter will make purified water instead of impure acid while offline. It cant be the pumps pulling dirty water because there is none stored in the filter or container. Plus there is more polluted water in the filter and container at log in than could possibly have been collected in a minute or two so the filter logically has to process all of the polluted water because of stacking slots in the filter before it could even begin processing dirty water.
@KIANL-GAMER I noticed sometimes if I have only logged off for an hour or two it doesn't do that, only when I don't get one for 10-12 hours and log back in. So I'm wondering if something like the territory being loaded by other players without me being logged in is what triggers it. But that is just speculation.
I never saw an explanation on what to hook up to the lower of the two stacked tanks which is to store purified water and is connected to the barrels. Are we hooking it up to the Osmosis Filter or something else or manually putting the purified water into it?
Awsome video, tell me pls how to solve problem near to the sea when pomp take 24 sea water and 4 polluted water!? ;( can you make a video or re: how to bypass sea water?
Really good tutorial youre the best! It doesnt work while i am offline is that a bug? Really annoying i have to be online all the time for it to put impure acid in the tanks
Okay, for level 1 thing I need to put impure acid thing inside the barrels... how do I get it, wich containter do i use? Also, why do I get sea water out of this? Am I to close to the water? Will this produce both water and acid to make it work automatically?
I do not know why, but my pumps are not transfering the contaminated water to de water storages and the osmose purifier is not pulling contaminated water from the storages or the pumps, even with the water pump attached to it
Can you explain the part where you put rainwater (dirty water) into the 3rd part of tank but it straight up go into fresh water tank at bottom? I mean how you convert it into fresh water if not use the purify machine?
This looks clean and efficient! Sadly you can’t completely save this as a blueprint since water pumps or anything not built into a foundation isn’t included.
@@VelisosaVision oh I watched and LISTENED to the whole video. The second part of my comment is me just ranting that it is sad that the devs didn’t make it possible to save everything, including pumps and hydro gens, as a blueprint. Anyway, good day.

If you want to save even more energy, you can add a power generator on each of your medium and large mobile territory vehicles and off-load 2 brewing barrels onto each of them
@KIANL what do you mean I'm confused how can you do that
We are playing different games. My water tank doesn't fit no matter how I rotate the square walls. Good video and a nice blueprint. Sadly I cannot use it
@@Klarnar122 there has been an update. The Devs changed a few things since this Video released. You can modify the Build and make it work
Hey guys, please advise :)
I built in a area with oil/polution on way of winter and I want to set up this acid farm for next phase.
Would be nice if someone could help me
Nice Video, good explanation 👍
you are like minecraft legend ianXOfour... good job 👍
"wings" = side support foundations I suppose.
maybe, why not
Yes, the side supports you have to place down to allow you to place the filter or the rain catcher. It may be worth a mention/pinned comment that they still need to be there when building this from a blueprint.
Just place the blueprint building via blueprint, not “build”. It will automatically place the building down without manually placing all of the individual pieces
Ooh, huh. I'll give that a shot.
It will place all pieces at once avoiding any Overlap errors.
nice tips! already done it exactly as yours blueprint. but i curious what the use of the bottom tank? its just for stand or needed to connect pipe to other?
for pure water. u can supply it manually or connect pipes
so professional
Very nice video, thanks a lot! Could you please make one for crude oil and refineries? Thx again
yes, will be soon, but can't promise exact timeframes, cos Im bit overloaded
Yo , keep ur good work , big up .
Why do your small concrete square walls look different than mine?
per day really and near water sea water will definitely fill the filter sure If you get that much, you probably have to sit and watch all time
Can't put the water tanks in the structure.
So you're going to have to get water manually disinserted into the tank or take out one or two pumps down by the water if you have a water bill
rain collectors provides polluted water in contaminated areas
pure water for these builds should be produced separately
Can you do a compact build for portable mixed fuel, and then a v2 that also does barreled premium fuel?
will be soon
@@KIANL-GAMER eager to see it, thank you!
Any chance you can do a video for a Oil/Acid Factory (aka Blackfell Oil Fields)? Love your designs
Not sure if that’s the issue.
hey. I tested this in the current patch, and this is still possible, but much harder now
try to put the water tank on top of the other one without grid snap. I did manage to do this on manibus server
>Do i need to live in a poluted area for this to work ?=Also how much power do i need for this ?
Great vid now Understand why my damn pomp’s in the Blackfell lake produce so much dirty water and less polluted like 4:1 emptying them once or twice a day is horror, especially that backpack don’t have multiple select option! But don!t say that it take 2-3 minutes to install pomp’s, we know how much it take to place it right when game forcing their position fighting with our vision.
Just perfect.
can confirm, still works.. but placing the second tank is a massive pia.. but it fits...
I about uninstalled trying to stack the second tank lol
Use updated version th-cam.com/video/ccdt0Wk74f8/w-d-xo.html
Does this work only with concrete half wall or stone should be working as well. Because I am not able to get the water tank between those walls.
same, i feel so damn stupid, but it must be with the walls he is using only
Can we just talk about how hard it is to place the two water tanks on top of each other, holy crap.
black side of walls inside. and u will do this easily
and you need to manually place dirty or pure water in the system. The pumps only pump polluted water.
The problem im having right now is the osmosis filter will make purified water instead of impure acid while offline. It cant be the pumps pulling dirty water because there is none stored in the filter or container. Plus there is more polluted water in the filter and container at log in than could possibly have been collected in a minute or two so the filter logically has to process all of the polluted water because of stacking slots in the filter before it could even begin processing dirty water.
in some contaminated areas it's bugged, as far as I see, cos many players have this problem
try to move to another one
@KIANL-GAMER I noticed sometimes if I have only logged off for an hour or two it doesn't do that, only when I don't get one for 10-12 hours and log back in. So I'm wondering if something like the territory being loaded by other players without me being logged in is what triggers it. But that is just speculation.
I never saw an explanation on what to hook up to the lower of the two stacked tanks which is to store purified water and is connected to the barrels. Are we hooking it up to the Osmosis Filter or something else or manually putting the purified water into it?
water to tanks - separately. rainwater collectors only collect polluted water in contaminated areas
The design is very (once) human
Awsome video, tell me pls how to solve problem near to the sea when pomp take 24 sea water and 4 polluted water!? ;( can you make a video or re: how to bypass sea water?
Idk, some contaminated areas just have such an issue, as far as I know.
try to move to another one
U so smart man ✨
Really good tutorial youre the best!
I do not know why, but my pumps are not transfering the contaminated water to de water storages and the osmose purifier is not pulling contaminated water from the storages or the pumps, even with the water pump attached to it
in the build mode you can see the direction, in which fluids go through pipes. Make sure slot "from" is higher then lot "to".
Great guide! I have a question though: Is it normal, that the impure acid doesn't flow from the storage to the barrels, or did I miss a step?
yes. it cannot be transported with pipes
@@KIANL-GAMER Good to know, thanks for the reply :)
Can you explain the part where you put rainwater (dirty water) into the 3rd part of tank but it straight up go into fresh water tank at bottom? I mean how you convert it into fresh water if not use the purify machine?
no. rainwater collectors only collect polluted water in contaminated areas. u need to supply pure water separately
@@KIANL-GAMER ohh i see, thank you. I thought we can make like 2 produced in 1 build so it filled automatic the barrel with fresh water itself too xD
Also, quick question: Will you ever create a modular fuel farm?
I will. But I can't promise timeframes, because Im kinda overloaded
@@KIANL-GAMER Of course, no pressure! I will patiently wait then 😁👌Meanwhile, I'll just watch the videos of OH builds you'll be uploading.
This looks clean and efficient! Sadly you can’t completely save this as a blueprint since water pumps or anything not built into a foundation isn’t included.
He said that many times if you just listened
@@VelisosaVision oh I watched and LISTENED to the whole video. The second part of my comment is me just ranting that it is sad that the devs didn’t make it possible to save everything, including pumps and hydro gens, as a blueprint. Anyway, good day.
@@bdmpotato Yeah that kinda sucks but at least the design makes it easy to replicate fast. Hopefully they improve this in the future, along with allowing beer barrels to have pipes and not that manual process for acid.
i was able to build the single, but when i tried to make the double i couldnt place the 2nd water tank at all, no matter what i did. great build tho ill just build 2 of the singles
