  • Copilot, the much hyped AI offering from Microsoft launched back in November. However, it had one huge caveat - it was only available to organizations of over 300 users. This made AI’s latest and greatest tool inaccessible to most people.
    Fortunately, Microsoft listened to the backlash and last week announced a major update.
    The Copilot family now consists of a free version, Copilot Pro and Copilot for Microsoft 365.
    In this video we are going to take a first look at Copilot in PowerPoint. We will learn what Copilot can do and how it can save us time when building and editing presentations

    Best video on this subject - i.e. co-pilot with office 365 - I've seen so far, I loved how fast you moved through creating 3 X presentations without much cutting of your video.
    I also learnt something I didn't know how to do before, change fonts globally, and use a "company" template 👍🙉
    Wishing you all the best for the future with a massive thank you 👍

    Is it possible to have copilot translate content from a slide and "re-import" the translation into the same slide or a new one?

    Great presentation thanks. I can see it has great application for the businesses we serve here in NZ. Little bit pricey though for the smaller businesses

      I agree! It’s definitely an investment that not everyone is going to be able to make.

    Do you have an instructional video that can teach the following approach in excel: I hope I can explain (I have a sample of what I want to learn but can't post it): How to create an excel Budge spread sheet that is made up of multiple tables. Here is what I mean in the example that I have: the spread sheet has each budget topic in a table i.e. entertainment expenses in one table, insurance expenses categorized in it own table: but then total and balances and how much you are off budget all are tables that get their data from the other tables. I wish there was a way to upload the example to show you. If this makes sense and you have a video that covers this topic please direct me to it!!!

      @cellmatestraining  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don’t have a video on that but excel has a whole bunch of templates for things like this. Just search ‘budget template’ in File > New.

      Ah yes but nobody teaches like you! I have a great sample but don't understand how it is so uniquely set up. Wish you could see it. Thank you though. You are an awesome teacher

    Can we revamp the existing business presentations with the help of copilot?

    Your videos are so great. Seems like AI in powerpoint still has a way to go. Can you please please make a video that shows me how to insert a video into a powerpoint slide but how to be able to ensure that a person can watch that video when you send them your powerpoint presentation. This is such a big issue. One last stupid thing for me: can you recommend an inexpensive sight for getting videos that is safe: I mean I don't want to be at risk by putting executable files on my new computer that I am just starting to use for school>>

    • @cellmatestraining
      @cellmatestraining  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, you can insert a video from the Insert tab. Look over on the right of the ribbon. There’s a video option.
      You can download royalty free videos and images for use in presentations from Pexels.com.
      You should have no problems sending presentations with video in them to other people unless the video is very long and makes the file size too large. Some companies have limits on the file size they can receive.
      The solution is to upload the presentation to the cloud - OneDrive/Google Drive/Dropbox etc and share the link instead of trying to attach it to an email.

      I can't believe how generous you are with your valuable time. I also can't tell you what this answer means to me as I was so worried that if I were to create a power point and insert videos that are located on my hard drive only then the person who would receive the power point would not be able to see the video. I assumed that powerpoint would only know to look for the video file on my local drive. I am so happily shocked at what you tell me. I guess powerpoint finds a way to attach itself as a file to the power point. Fortunately my first introduce to powerpoint has been your 4 hour video. I am going to finish the last hour of it today on my day off. Truly please know that selfless people like you who share knowledge mean so very much to many of us.@@cellmatestraining

    ...love your videos, very good content and professional, and you look great. However, (not to be taken as a criticism, just feedback for improvement) I find the way you pitch your voice (up and down, up and down - much like a news reader) irritating, to the point where I will find an alternative to watch. Please listen back and try to see what I mean. Or, just ignore this comment. I wouldn't normally bother but I think you are a fantastic presenter, so I wanted to make you aware of it.

    • @cellmatestraining
      @cellmatestraining  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Haha well that’s just the way I talk. It’s not something I’m doing for the video 🤣 If it annoys you, not much I can do about that.
      Varying your pitch is generally better than a monotone. Probably why newsreaders do it. But thanks for the feedback. lol
