He actually hated his fro. After he retired from the Air Force he later went on to state that was the cheapest cut & that's why he cut his hair to a fro style. After making some real scratch l
people told him that's how he is recognized now being on TV & all so the powers that be told him he has to keep it. Also stated that afros hurt his scalp because he never changed the style. I imagine he wore that thing for 30-30+ yrs.

this guy is somebody we all need it our lives. what an amazing haircut regarding the barber but what an awesome client. i think people forget all too often it costs zero dollars to be nice but this guy, he just seems like a ball of joy! my cheeks hurt from smiling the entire time just watching and listening to how sweet his is.

I'm a 43 year old white dude. To this day, if I grow my hair out any longer than about an inch... It "afros out" just like this guy's hair. I would curse my "Bob Ross Look" so harshly when I was younger. I can completely relate to barber shops turning you away or, at the least, laughing at you the entire time they're cutting. LOL
Every time I start the blow dryer my dog comes in and paws me to blow dry him, I love it, but I have to stop at a point and tell him, Mamas going to have a fro hunee, it’s mamas turn! White girl with frizz head if it dries a bit on its own😉

Cut was aight, I liked the video for the dude with the Afro. He seemed nice, and his conversation made me think of how fun it is to get your hair cut and just talk about random things with your hair stylist. I liked that there wasn’t as much conversation about the cut, and just to see it from the customer perspective.
